Review 1：The staff in the front bar and restaurant spend most of their time lazing about.Also they speak no or very little English.

Review 7：Mold on curtains. Leftover plate of food left in reception area desk for one day. Some areas of rooms hadnt been cleaned. The pool was being serviced, which meant it wasnt being used. This wasnt mentioned on the website when we booked. The promenade at the front of the hotel was being built, which meant it was noisy most of the day.

Review 14：Lots of noisy construction going on the beach road while we were there affecting the restaurant and the beach pool mainly. Breakfast pretty poor with flies free land on the uncovered food buffet. Hotel seems very run down and desperately in need of a paint job, declutter and clean especially on the balconies. This hotel could be so good if a simple upgrade and maintenance program was instituted by the management.

Review 15：Stayed in the junior suit, room 441 which seemed to be about the best room in the hotel with a good sea view. Good value too. Hotel very quiet so easy to get a sunbed by the 'Green' pool. Lovely tree lined walkway through the hotel flanked by the fish filled lotus ponds.

Review 18：Wifi is only at the lobby and the restaurant which are opposite side of the hotel, stuff can barely speak and understand English, even TV was showing like three channels, bathrooms are very dissapointing, very close to the road; ants and flies all over food and rejection to do something with this.

Review 21：The staff was very kind and friendly. They helped us to book to ticket to Phuket. And they assigned a van for us to get the bus station in the early morning. The boss is so easy going and kind, very wise as well . We chatted hours. Made me feel like Home. Had wonderful and memorable trip to Huahin. Surely will bring my family along next year.

Review 28：We arrived around 8 PM and there was no reception anymore. Only a night officer or something like that who did not talk to us at all (either in Thai or English). Never had a worse check in procedure. Room was overbooked so we got another one but since he did not talk he also did not mention this. Due to construction on the main beach it was almost impossible to get to the resort and even the staff at the beach front restaurant could not tell us where to go in with a car. Zero signage not a 4 star but value for money

Review 61：It was like a ghost hotel, i barely saw other people for the 3 nights I stayed. Even thought it was high season right before new year. My friends stayed at Evason hotel a bit down the road, and it was full of people. Pool water looked unclear, you could barely see bottom of pool. I decided not to use it, and only used the shower by pool instead. Twice I sat for an hour in restaurant by main pool area to use wifi, though I was the only guest there and there were 4 people working there, none of them ever came to see if I needed anything or wanted to order! Very weird! I spent most of my time on my friends hotel, and never tried the food, but every evening when I came back and had to enter hotel through the restaurant and pool area it was completely empty. Spa was locked with chain lock and looked like it was not in use. Probably one of the weirdest hotel experiences I ever had. I would not recommend it! Better of going for Evason Hotel a bit further down the road!

Review 62：Staff failed to mention free internet at check-in (and website listed access only at a cost). Despite two-day advance request, motor scooter not available at the time we had reserved and even after an additional 45 minute wait. It was not clear that anything more than drinks were served at lunchtime and dinner time (the one evening meal we ate there was quite good). Main pool was murky and didn't seem very clean or chlorinated. Shower was only a weak trickle on our last morning there.

Review 63：Friendly and relaxed staff. Free bikes, while old, were a nice benefit; we used them on several days. Pleasant surroundings. Nice layout for the complex and design (wooden slat pathway above pond with fish, snaking through the villas); made a long narrow strip of land seem much denser. Trees and plantings quite mature and lush.
