Review 1：really liked how spacious the suite was. Nice size kitchen and enjoyed the fireplace too. Location was so pretty near the water. It was nice to have the restaurant right there too!

Review 2：Luke warm water. Worn and dirty carpets. Took carbon monoxide detector down because of chirping on low battery-left with batteries on table. Ten hours later it was still there untouched. Reception clerk offered a discount because of above, which was accepted.

Review 4：Carpeting in the hallways and our room was filthy & stained. The pull out sofa bed was completely uncomfortable. Could feel the bars through the thin mattress. No privacy in the room. All the bedrooms were open.

Review 6：The filthy, stain covered disgusting carpet throughout the entire hotel, big dislike. This recent stay my group was in the two bedroom suite which smelled of mold/mildew and had a thickness to the air, we all ended up with scratchy throats... The pullout couch bed was broken along with lamps.. The couches!!! They looked and felt filthy, the pillows on them made is cringe. I went to the piggly wiggly for Lysol to disinfect the couches during our stay. Unless there are some renovations made this will have been my last stay at the cove. The bad outweighs the good. The mold smell is enough to make me leave then you have stains when you walk into the room and some buster couches. I mean honestly it's just gross.

Review 7：I loved the staff, they were all polite, helpful and always had a smile when approached. The pools are the best!! Two thumbs up. The size of the rooms, jacuzzi tubs in every room, and the kitchen are the main reasons we usually choose The Cove. Location! The location is the best and the views from the balcony are beautiful. Sprechers Restaraunt is good but a little pricey, this is lake Geneva not some island where everything is imported.

Review 8：The bed was a little soft (double pillow top) and the decor was outdated, although all the units are individually owned, so that isn't the fault of the hotel. The pools looked amazing! I wish we had brought our swimsuits!

Review 9：We loved the location and could walk to anywhere downtown Lake Geneva easily. The staff was amazing! Loved that we could charge our late night goodies to our room from their convenience store and that all the rooms had spa tubs in the bathroom!

Review 17：It's a great location and good for families, couples, or friends. It's great to have a kitchen as well. The attached restaurant is great & Main Street in walking distance. It is expensive to stay there over the summer, so a better value if you have more people.

Review 18：photos show an oven. Some places on the site say full kitchen. In some places on the site it said that there is no oven. Either way, it's not worth the cost if there is no oven. Mold in bathroom.

Review 23：Friends, family and I have stayed at the Cove over the years. It appears that they have updated the rooms, at least the one we had this past weekend. We were able to obtain a very nice suite, the same evening we came into town. We hadn't planned on staying, but with the festivities in town it all worked out very well! Next day after the Venetian Festival, the hallways seemed to need a freshening-up. Hotel\Restaurant information in booklet, found in room, needed to be more complete. If there's a restaurant in the hotel, I would suggest that the menu would be included; as well as hours of operation and the meals served. Just a thought! We always feel this is the best place to stay, indoor - outdoor pools, convenient location; allows you to walk around town and back without a hassle. Thanks for the great stay!

Review 37：Upon arriving there was a long line. The woman at the desk helped a lady that had come after me, leaving me to wait longer. Then there was a mix-up in our reservation. Everything was fixed, but it was a tense way to start our vacation.

I didn't have to move my vehicle at all once parked at The Cove which was great because parking around town looked limited. The suite was well designed and very comfortable beds! A few suggestions for consideration- The music played at the pool was too loud-The bed was barely queen-size, seemed more like a double-that had older blankets-Housekeeping came in our room twice while we were getting ready to pack-up. We could not get two rooms next to each other either, as we were promised. We did get 10% taken off our bill for the inconvenience, but it made for a lot of inconvenience.

Review 87：We were only staying two nights, and on the first night our refrigerator broke and made a horrible noise. I was participating in a triathlon the next morning and was upset I was woken up and needed maintenance to come. It wasn't the hotels fault, but it made for a bad nights sleep. They were accommodating though and gave us a new room the next morning.

When we got there it is not a 2 bedroom but 2 open floors with first floor a king bed and upstairs loft that is completely open with a queen. Every noise was heard by everyone. I asked to be upgraded to a room that actually had bedroom walls and doors. Well that didn't happen because the increase in price was ridiculous! Don't do the Bella Suites if you want to sleep!

Review 99：On our last day we wanted to take our toddler to the kiddy pool but did get in until 9:40 am. It was due to "maintenance" according to a sign. Nobody was working in the pool & suddenly the sign was removed at 9:40am & we were finally able to use the pool. This happened to several other families.

Review 100：The images of the "Anchor Suite" I saw online looked a bit different in real life. The room was kind of dingy and outdated. The size was accurate, but the feel was not.

Review 101：The staff at this hotel are fantastic! I interacted with 4 or 5 of them during my weekend stay and all of them were incredibly helpful and happy to be helping (esp. a lady named Katie).

Review 102：The apartment especially the kitchen was poorly equipped and for a place that calls itself luxury and has also the prices according to it, we expected a lot more. WIFI works almost never and according to the mgmt they are aware and working on it. We have talked to several people and this is an issue for quite so time already. Interesting that a resort of this class is not able to solve the problem as at Starbucks a few blocks away it works perfectly.

I was very disappointed with the amount I paid and the sole purpose of using the pool. I feel there should have been some type of compensation for this total inconvenience. The room (belle loft) is not designed well. The main floor bedroom is right inside the door. I heard people running up and down the halls all night. The 2 rooms across from me, sat in the hall drinking and knocking on each other's doors until 2 am.

I do much traveling and alot of home rentals and pay less then for what this was not even 2 private bedrooms. The downstairs bed was out in open and the loft bed was again in the open.
