Velingrad’s Spa Hotel Rich has an outdoor swimming pool with a children’s area. An indoor pool and hot tub are also available. A hairdresser, bar, gift shop, and a spa centre with a sauna and sun beds are also on site. WiFi and parking are available free of charge.

Review 1：First impressions were OMG,that can't be 5 star hotel .The carpet atthe reception was dirty,looked dark and there was bad smell. The roomwas ok,clean ,but not amazing . The worse was just about to come!Altho Iwas on the second floor I could cleary hear very laud music until4am!!!!!!!!!! This is suppose to be SPA,place where you go to relax andenjoy yourself ,but I ended up getting a lot more stressed out then Iwas on the arrival.It felt like I was sitting on top of the nightclub!DO Not go there if you need to recharge!I Was in tears in themorning due to the couple of hrs sleep ! The menager upologased manytimes and promised to fix the problem (I doubth it) but I ended uppaying for something I didn't received !

Review 2：To be completely honest ,there isn't much to like!Appart from themassage I'd done,I can safely say that this hotel was my biggestdisappoint ever!I Have been in 3 star hotels in the past looking better.

Review 3：Rooms need upgrading stains on carpets and chairs. outside seating at Pizza bar not allowed to sit less than 4 even though hotel caters for couples. Seating area was empty and still got asked to move as we were only a couple and not a party of over 4

Review 6：The whole accommodation, a very nice kitchen, every night live music and the positive attitude of the staff.

Review 7：Equipment in Bathroom falling apart. We had to ask for a shower curtain as it was missing and curtain rails broken. On one morning breakfast was a complete fiasco. No plates, cutlery or cups. The food was also cold or not replenished. We had to chase the house staff regarding the condition of bathroom when returning to our room.

The hotel would deserve 4 stars if the people on the receptiondesk really take care about their guests - I can't accept somebodyto tell me: wait a minute in order to finish my job/counting moneyinfront the guests/ - hey, wake up I am your job! I am your guest!The hotel would be 4 stars if the walls were not so thin, all the timeI was hearing the neighbors and the lift! Last but not least - is itpossible in 4 star hotel not to clean your garbage? It happened oncebut it is enough to remember it...I Won't come back, although Ipayed promotional price I won't come back, I still think I payedtoo much for the service which I received - this is not my notion for 4stars hotel.

Review 12：Dog friendly hotel. Our little bichon was welcome everywhere in the hotel. We had suite Louis. I liked the pastel colours. Most of the hotel is in red and gold, which is a little too much for me. Our suite was very spacious, with a lovely view from the balcony. We enjoyed the swimming pools and the spa. The massage therapists were quite good. We were with two kids, 9 and 12. They both had massages, which was a treat for them.
