Review 1：Thermal SPA is a little bit far from pool area and dark. Ingernet is slow in the hotel. Beds in the standard rooms are really small looking like a child bed.

Review 3：The WiFi is poor, the signal only in the lobby. The lift is very small. It is good to go there in the summer to enjoy well the facilities not in the winter it is too cold.

Review 17：The Hotel is in the perfect location between Cesme and Alacati village, which are beautiful places to visit. It has it's own little private beach with the full time service, and also is well maintained. I had a nice single room with the perfect view over the pool. The Hotel appears to have recent renovation and well maintained all over: rooms, lobby, spa, restaurant and grounds. The breakfast was somewhat very traditional, with a large choice of Turkish dishes, which i loved.

Review 18：Noisy in the weekends because of celebrations and weddings. Only hotel I know of that charges extra payment for using a plastic cup in the room.

Review 20：The staff was amazing, kind, and always here for you. Just one think I really did not like was the language barrier. Nobody speaks English, I used my arms, legs, head to communicate, and many times I gave up from buying things. We were 16 days in Turkey, and we managed to learn "Kac pare", because they nobody understands when you ask "How much". And they are with tourists 6 months. I think that during the year they should learn English if they want to work with foreigners. Especially receptionist.

Review 21：Ilica is a dream-come -true hotel. The bungalows are adorable, with ideal mini-yard, romantic lightning, and breathtaking panoramic view. The staff was always ready, always here if you need something. The food was delicious, different kinds of food- from Turkish to Japanese kitchen. One of the things that we enjoyed the most was the peace and quiet and the relaxing beach. From our bungalow we could see the sunrise, from the beach the sunset :) And the rooms...Perfect for young married couples, like we were. Thank you :)

Review 22：The bungalo didn't have very good lighting throughout the cabin. But not a big deal. Some evening entertainment would have been nice but there was only mini disco for kids!

Review 23：Beautiful resort. Very clean. We stayed in a bungalo and had direct access to the beach. The beach was kept spotless and no other obvious issues with the room.

The room lock never worked and they seem to not be able to fix the problem The staff had no idea how to speak english The place that is that touristic should pay attention to that a little more. We had very unpleasing trip. Toobad because the location and hotel is great But not worth the money after what we been through They offered us bunch of compensation to make us feel better and i thank them for that. But 10 percent discount is a joke. It equals to 100 liras thats like barely 30 dollars But i guess the effort counts

The quality of the food was very poor! Shortly, hotel was far a way from "5 stars hotel level". We were unfortunately very disappointed to make this selection! Review 32：We had a problem with the shower in the first night. The staff attended to it immediately, and upgraded us to another room. When we had to leave early for work reasons, the hotel manager talked to us in person, asked whether we were dissatisfied with anything. He was very understanding and polite. They only charged us for the duration we stayed. Our stay was a very positive experience for us, also.

Review 33：Terrible check-in process as we had to wait for three hours for the check-in, Internet was not working, towels smelled terrible and the Aqua Park is not part of the hotel at all.

Review 37：* We were accepted to the room at 16:30 and had to wait in the lobby for 3 hours. *There is lack of staff and the existing ones are not friendly at all with attitude problems. * The hotel seems to be 5 stars but there is no air conditioning in the open areas. The weather was 35 C and no air condition !! * Breakfast was awful. Due to no air-conditioning, the breakfast area was windy, everything was flying in the air and the quality of the breakfast was very low.

Review 52：The first bungalow we were put in had a not nice smell come from an open hole outside near by but when we asked to move to another bungalow they were very quick to move us and help. They let us choose which one we wanted. I didn't like that they had no tea & coffee with a kettle and cups in the room for us to be able to make hot drinks in our room but we asked for a kettle and they brought us one and we managed to get tea coffee and milk from the nearby Megros.

Review 53：Loved the option of pools, we swam in the heated pool every day because it happened to be cold and out little one didn't want to swim in the colder pool. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, it had a nice variety. We stayed in the bungalows and loved the privacy and ability to walk out into the beach. They had a seperate bedroom from the living area which was perfect with a little baby. Plus the bungalow we had we could see the beach outside our window.

Review 54：Towels were missing. After we called reception, they sent them but they were dirty. We got twin bed instead of double bed. Breakfast was very poor. This hotel is not a 5star hotel. I did stay 3 stat hotels and they were better than this.

Review 55：Staff were so helpful and fast, view from terrace was amazing, swimming pool was warm, hotel management care alot about their performance, place is quite and private, beach was awsome. Technical team was fast to act for any small complaint.

Review 56：The room was dirty. The staff was poor. Most things were closed. It took2 hours to get our extra bed and bedding. My husband eventually justraided the maid closet that was right next door, after the maid broughtthe bed it should have taken less than 5 minutes to bring the beddingbut instead it took well over 30 minutes, then the maid came in when theDo Not Disturb sign was on the door and wandered around our room whilewe were trying to sleep. A/c shut off throughout night and we wokesweating every couple hours and had to turn it back on. There is muchmore but have already exceeded 2-3 sentences!

Review 58：It felt like there were only a handful of people working in the whole huge resort. Also, the beach bar and café were closed, and it was nearly impossible to get any service at the beach/pool. Very few people spoke English, which made it difficult to even order food/drinks. Even though it is marketed as a spa, half of the marketed services were not available (only massages - no facials for example). Finally, staff were not very helpful with finding other things to do in the area or getting around.

Review 59：The facilities are gorgeous. The beach is lovely and the multiple swimming pools are great.

Review 60：Only one thing that I would change. Upon arrival for check in there was no one there to help us with unloading the bags from the car and taking them to the lobby. It was rather troubling because we had quite a bit. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience.

Review 68：Staff: it looks like they hired bunch of kids on the street. 90% doesn't speak English and even the ones that state they do it is very hard to communicate. It is OVERPRICED and not a 5* hotel! 4 at the most! For some reason I had to ask for a beach towel every day and every time receptionist was trying to convince me that cleaning crew will accommodate...all 10 days.

Review 69：Comfortable and quiet place, especially after 8:00 PM. Kids friendly and located conveniently half way between to major cities. Sea access is very nicely done. Thermal pool is a definite plus, as well as the sea water pool. Turkish bath could have real Turkish olive oil soap instead of chemical shower gel.

Review 70：I prepaid for half board. However, the hotel made me pay for dinner for the first two or three nights then they realized that I had already paid. When I checked out, I expected that I will be refunded but they refused saying that they cannot change anything because it is already in the system despite the fact that it was their mistake.

Review 71：Fitness Center was terrible. It has to be modernised asap! Spa personel was poor, terrapists were only two, so reserve your massage before your stay!

Kids club was very loud at night and unfortunately angled so the sound of rather annoying songs could not be avoided. Shower water pressure was not the greatest, and the temperature was inconsistent. AC turned off after a few hours, so if you want it to run through the night, be prepared to wake up and turn it back on several times!

Review 134：We stayed four nights at the Ilica – located right on the Ilica beach in Cesme. We booked a room in the annex but were placed in a smaller room in the main building (apparently the annex was closed until high season). The room was still quite large and included a balcony with chairs looking out to the Aegean. Overall, the room was very comfortable. Welcome basket of fresh cherries was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choices and tables out on the balcony with views of the pool/Aegean. Hotel has a pier with giant stuffed lounging pillows and overhead umbrellas - very relaxing!
