Review 1：very old and broken furniture as it all made from wood. The elevator no maintenance no reparation, shower also doesn't work

Review 4：At one time I am sure it was a very nice resort, but it is showing its age. Still a good value as long as you are not expecting a 5 star resort. Not much to do around the hotel which was ok for me

Review 5：Very poor room old style furniture, not enough light in the room, no mini bar, no safe, too small shower room and the manager (chubby man) looks like he did not impressed because we booked the room through booking.com not buy directly from him.

Review 7：There is no beach, there is only a concrete wall. Could not swim in the pool due to the water being murky and bright green with algae. No apology from staff. Nearest swimming area over 1km away. Completely defeats the purpose of a beachside resort with massive pool. 600 baht ride to Hua Hin. 300 baht ride to any other train/bus stops nearby. This area of pranburi is not recommended unless you have your own transport already. Not worth staying the extra distance from everything when you're staying at this particular hotel. If you're this isolated you would want to be at a pretty special hotel! Which this is not. Breakfast buffet is not fancy at all, using the cheapest possible ingredients. Hotel while only 9 years old looks around 30 years old due to poor building standards and no maintenance. Gym not functional. Spa seems closed. Generally run down, lots of rust, even on wiring cabinets which is worrying. Wifi constantly cutting out. Don't bother with this place!

Review 8：Rooms were actually ok. Massive bed and reasonably comfortable overall. Bathroom a bit old but ok. Pranburi town has lots of nice seafood but 2.5km from hotel. Staff were pretty good.

Review 25：Distance from center was show to be 7.2 but was 25 KM which we navigated at night, Breakfast was average, NO SWIMMING POOL which was advertised as being available and looked promising, worn facilities that needed modernizing.

Review 27：This hotel was advertised as 4 star, this may have been correct 20 yearsago, but in our opion now struggerling to reach a one star status. Theroom was resonably clean and confortable, but well overdue arefurbishment and upgrade, as was the whole hotel. The staff, seemedreasonable at check in, but thereafter, didnt understand or didnt wantto understand and didnt seem to really care. The pool area lookswonderfull in the hotels photo, which was proberly taken in excess of20years ago, however, now what you see in the photo is not what you get.The whole area surrounding the pool is raised wooden decking, which isdownright dangerous, as the whole substructure is rotting away, and isliable to colapse. There are also boards missing, exposing a 2ft plusdrop below, also, there are many feature palm trees (some dead somealive) growing through the decking these at some time had spot lights atthe base of the tree that would have shone up into the canapy now theselights have at sometime been removed leaving 6 to 8 inches of exposedbare cable wires. In the uk the whole swimming pool area would have beencondemend and closed down due to health and safety concernse, the poolitself which had a number of small pools linked to the large pool wasnot filtered and chlorinated, as, they were all turning green. Thishotel has 174 guest rooms during our stay of 3 days we counted no morethan approx 8 other couples/families staying there. Avoid this hotellike the plague. I would sugges Booking.com remove this hotel from itsportfolio.

Review 29：The hotel has potential but it needs a better maintenance : the pool, the pool area, problems with hot water in the shower, you can't walk on the beach of swim.... We thought it was more than just a beachfront view.

Hotel staff design to told us to take a bath in orther rooms.(But they told me to wait since morning) They decide too late. No compensate from Hotel. Solution is bad

Review 34：The decking around the pool is old and many nails stick out which is dangerous. This is being addressed so hopefully it wont be an on going problem. we had a small problem with breakfast but this was promptly rectified.

Review 35：From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome. The staff are very helpful and if there are any problems they fix it right away. The manager is lovely and is working hard to renovate the hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed.The shower was great! we had a room by the pool which we liked alot.We stayed as 3 familys and all had the same experience. Well done.and good luck.

Review 36：only few local restaurants along the beach and hotel had only poor availability/nothing to shop or buy. Also hotel needs a quick renovation as it is in poor condition overall. However -room were clean and roomy :).
