Review 1：The whole place is run down and terrible. Lights didn't work. We ended up leaving and staying somewhere else. The place is so sketchy.

Review 3：Burn holes in curtains and in the comforter. Rooms smelled like cigarettes. There was no non-smoking room. Towels were stained & very small.

Review 5：Clerk at first gave us wrong room. 4 police cars where called out to the hotel in the middle of the night due to an altercation in another room. Stairwells and upstairs walkways banisters where loose and unsafe.

Review 7：You get what you pay for! It was only 40.00 but it smelled, towels smelled old and the room smelled like mold. The shower still had hair on the walls and food in the fridge. The door didn't shut all the way creating a cold draft, the AC was too close to the half drained pool and had a foul smell so bad we froze to keep the smell out!

Review 9：Got a surprise to see the clerk behind thick bullet proof glass. Planes fly directly over head, don't expect to get much sleep. The toilet cystern was broken, the place could do with some maintinence.

Review 16：It was clean and I was comforted with the outside lighting and security cameras in the office. Being a woman traveling alone you have to be extra comfortable. The price was right and I wasn't expecting frills. It was just what I needed.
Review 17：The staff didn't seem to understand me so I don't think their English was as strong as it needed to be. Also, I booked a room with two beds, but when I arrived I was given a room with only one bed. I then had to pay in about $12 to change to a double room. The manager said that the website I had booked through was wrong and there was nothing he could do about it.

Review 19：The pool was covered with stagnant water creating a mosquito breeding ground. Not a great neighbourhood but it was ok to take a run at Graceland.

Review 23：The front desk clerk was very rude and I told him so.The room smelled musty.There was no ironing board and iron.I asked for a couple of extra pillows and a blanket was told told they would have to call mngt cause they don't give out extra pillows there was 4 in the room and that was all that we needed the was so old and dirty looking I felt like something was crawling on me all night it was the worst room I have stayed in . I do not recamend any one stay here the pool was closed when I asked y I was told we don't know how to take care of pool to much trouble. Do not stay here.

Review 27：The bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke coming through the extraction system. They really need to rethink their allocation of rooms, there are enough buildings to separate the offensive smokers.

Review 29：it is located just right off the highway in a rundown neighborhood. there were several LOUD arguments in the surrounding rooms, one fight and also a gunshot at about midnight one night during our 3 night stay.

Review 31：I think all the rooms should have had a microwave and a fridge. My brothers room did but mines did not and his room had a flat screen and mines did not.
Review 32：Online it said they were pet friendly when we got there there was a sign that said no dogs. Our dogs are service dogs and they ended up letting them stay after all. But the next day another worker saw us letting them potty and freaked out and yelled saying no dogs allowed we eventually got it cleared up and they let them stay. I would not recommend it traveling with pets go to motel 6 for pet friendly stay.
Review 33：Unfortunately, Graceland is in a rough neighborhood. Who knew? This was the first time I paid for a room through bulletproof glass. The Motel 6 branded comforters were an interesting surprise.

Review 35：We booked one room and we were five. According to what was written on booking.com website the room was for 4 people but 1 additional people was admitted free of charge on existing beds (as in Nola or Nashville we did). The manager of the hotel didnt allow the fifth person to enter (he said for security reasons) and obliged us to pay a second room without any discount. The manager also didn't allow us to cancel the reservation without paying the full amount. A 10 minutes call with booking staff didn't help to fix the problem. The morning after a different person at the reception said sorry for the inconvenience and refunded us 20 usd. We didn t want to accept, thinking it was his own money but he insisted. The conclusion is "it depends who is at the desk" from the most rude to the most kind works here!

Review 51：It is located in a rough neighborhood - heard sirens go through twice. As a young woman traveling by myself, I wish I had found a nicer place to stay. Could barely sleep all night with loud people, loud music, and the fear my car might get broken in to. If you're just passing through and need a cheap place to stay, it's not that bad, but if you have a family or are traveling alone I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Review 53：Towels had dirty stains so bad we didn't even use the shower. Planes landing or taking off throughout the night they were so loud I think this hotel is actually on the runway. We have travelled all over the states and this by far is the worst hotel we have ever stay in. I have never left a review good or bad before but this hotel was so bad I feel other should be spared of this experience.

Review 58：THE LOCATION WAS JUST OF INTERSTATE BUT WAS QUIET. ALSO THE ROOM WAS REALLY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. IT DOESN'T LOOK TAHT IMPRESSIVE FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT IT IS VERY CLEAN CARPET, BATHROOM, WERE REALLY CLEAN. THIS IS A BUDGET MOTEL SO DON'T EXPECT IT TO BE FANCY BUT IF JUST PASSING THRU OR GOING TO GRACELAND ON BUDGET THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY.

Review 119：The room was neat and clean. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, clean carpets. Even though it's conveniently located just off the highway, it's fairly quiet and I found no disturbances at all. The wi-fi access was excellent as well. For $50 a night, that's as good as it gets!

Review 124：20 minutes walking from Graceland, 3 minutes by car. The hotel is not as bad as other reviews that I read. Relation price-quality is correct, of course this is not a Ritz Hotel! Bathroom was clean and bed comfortable. Couldn't check the pool, so I have no opinion about it.
Review 125：Rooms was dirty. I seen spiders dead & alive. After scanning mattress, I noticed what appears to be blood and unrine stains. The "clean" towels had brown stains. The safety latch on the door was broken. The TV had no kid friendly channels and was NOT the flat screens seen on the advertisements. I was charged a higher price for an additional room needed. When I requested towels, I could tell this aggravated the housekeeper.

Review 128：This hotel is on the flightpath to Memphis airport which is used by FedEx ALL NIGHT! The staff also let truckers park overnight and they leave their engines running!! Do NOT stay here if you need a good nights sleep as chances are you wont get one!

The sheetswere stained and too small for the extremely uncomfortable beds and thetowels we so filthy that we couldn't take showers or clean up. Ifwe had not arrived so late and so tired we would never have stayedthere. We woke up early in the morning and got the hell out of thatplace. Eeew!!!
