Review 1：Dinner shoud be better, we came at 19:30h, and there was almost nothing left. We also expected better breakfast given the comments on the Booking.com. No credit card is accepted.

Review 3：There was a bad smell in the bathroom, sewage-like. The place washard to find as the address does not exist on most gps maps and wearrived at night.

Review 4：The location is very nice, the price was right. The staff is very niceby Serbian standards, fairly distant by others. English is fair at most,but this is much better than in most places in the country. I wouldselect this location again if I would be back in the area.

Review 5：Excellent room, with a great view Dr the balcony. All furniture was modern and comfortable. Food was good, for the price we paid we could not hope for more, excellent value for money. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

Review 6：It have ben easier if the girls from the personnel have spoke English. We could order the meals desired or ask directions, but however we managed to understand each other... :) all fine in the end.

Review 7：The apartment was fabulous, very luxury, very clean. The bed and the sheets were the BEST. The rooom very well equiped in each detail: kitchen, bathroom, balcony. The dinner wasn't so tasteful, but the breakfast overcame our expectations: big portions and good taste.

Review 8：Rooms are spacious and the wifi is reliable and quick. Really enjoyed the stay and the staff were very friendly and tried hard to ensure we enjoyed our stay even though their level of spoken English was basic.

Review 9：Slobodan, tania,anna and the other driver of the shuttle bus (i can't remember his name) comprise the heart of the hotel. they are willing to respond on any request. cleanness charactirize this hotel.the internet access is satisfactory. Breakfast and dinner are excellent. The staff creates a friendly atmosphere makes you feel very convenient and comfortable!!!!

Review 10：Excellent interior of the apartment, wi-fi works perfect, food was amazing, staff was very pleasant and a big plus was the ski-bus which takes you to the slopes 5 times a day, and it is free.

Review 14：Cozy apartment whit, all you may need. Friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant is very good. Wi-Fi is availabe everywhere and it was good. Own bus that take you from the vila to ski area and bring you back all day long. Strongly recommend.

Review 44：Everything was fantastic and part of this because of Alexander which is a very good English speaker and offered us more than we needed. Now the menu is in English and is easy to choose and communicate what you would like to eat. The comfort and cleaning is 10 from 10. The food combines the Serbian kitchen and European but the portions are huge. The area is very quiet and you can enjoy the silence and wonderful landscape from the balcony. WI-Fi is working very well in all the pension and TV set has all the satellites programs. Trag is a very nice place and very good value for services. Will come back in winter season for ski.

Review 45：Very nice apartment, with all you need. Beautiful view from the balcony, friendly and helpful staff. Food in restaurant is very good. Also, surroundings are wonderful in Kopaonik. For someone who don’t know Serbian language, maybe will be hard to understand the food from restaurant, because only one person from three know English, and menu isn’t written, only they tell you options and you have to choose. A written menu, possibly with pictures, would be perfect. This wasn't a problem for me, I said it just to help other tourists.

Review 46：Location-with a small child or baby you are just locked in the hotel, you cannot even walk. For any activity you have to take the car which is not so easy on those roads.
