Review 1：Our particular room the sofa and tv were on the same wall. Tv could only be watched lying in bed. Slight freeway noise but easily drowned out by heater fan. No real complaints. Very nice room.
Review 2：This was a great place to stay for the price. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice tall shower. No smoke smell. Close to entertainment district. I recommend the little place to anyone needing a good nights rest.

Review 11：We changed motels when we needed to extend our stay in Fayetteville because we felt that the manager (I think the owner) was so cheap that I didn't want to support him. We stayed there four days and didn't eat his breakfasts and requsted no cleaning on two days. Dispite this he wanted wanted to charge us when we requested coffee packets..... We left a tip for housekeeping that I hid under hid under pillow so that he wouldn't find it. We were less than 2 blocks away when he called saying that he had found $8.00(honesty?)....I hope the maid got it.

Review 15：Not a dang thing. I stayed close to not have to drive versus last year Istayed 20 or so miles North in Springdale (availability for Dad'sWeekend). Big mistake - the cost of the nasty hotel in Fayetteville wasfar more than the cost of the room + taxi to a nice place 20+ milesnorth. How does that happen??
Review 16：I traveled with a small dog and was not notified there would be anadditional charge for a pet until I arrived. I feel $15.00 per night fora pet was a little steep!

Review 20：This is one of the cheapest hotels in Fayetteville and I don't think even the most expensive hotels could be any cleaner. Location is good and only a short approximately $12 cab ride to and from Dickson St. if you wanna go bar hopping in this fun college town. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've stayed here and it's been great every time.
Review 21：Dead bugs in the bathroom. Stains on the sheets that looked like dirt. A bit difficult to reach if you are approaching from anywhere south.

Review 25：I had to call the front desk in order to get the wifi to work. The location is okay, because it's right off of I-49. However, that also makes it a bit difficult to get out of the parking lot and onto the access road.

Review 30：The lady at the front desk acted like it was and inconvenience to take my money. The bed was very hard, and when I went to get a shower, the knob came off in my hand. When the person next door used his door, my whole room shook. I wasn't told there was breakfast at all. I think this will be my first and last visit here.

Review 33：The room was booked for 3 people, but there were only 2 towels & wash rags. The pillows were almost nonexistent. The toilet leaked every time it was flushed. Our 2nd night there was a group of people celebrating a bridal shower. They were given the rooms on either side of us and kept us awake running back & forth, pounding on the doors, bumping into the walls, laughing and talking loudly. I tried to call the front desk. But got no answer.

Review 35：The rude lady behind the counter said, "Uh oh." when swipingmy debit card. She then told me that she charged $683.51 instead of$68.35, and called it a "little mistake." Said I had to behere at 5pm when the manager is here to correct the problem. So, had tochange my schedule on behalf of her mistake to be here at 5pm. Then, hedidn't offer me a discount or anything, except a "sorryman." They didn't ask/care if I had enough money in myaccount, or if I would have an overdraft fee. I didn't say 1 badthing through the process, and the rest of the day, their staff has giveme dirty looks.
Review 36：The actual physical location was great. Clean, close to Wal-mart, greatvalue for the $60 bucks/night.

Review 43：It is slightly awkwardly located to where if you are coming from the university, you have to get on the highway, drive to the next exit, then make a U-turn onto the one way service road to reach it.
Review 44：There is not a room in this small older motel that does not get traffic noise, and even getting into the entrance involves going back up the freeway and then turning back as the entrance is from an off ramp. The breakfast does not have much choices.

Review 50：This is not the motel's fault, but the hotel behind this one appears to do a hustling solicitation business and the noise from engines idling and honking horns can be intrusive. Although it was entertaining watching people jump in and out of cars parked along the back row of the hotel's parking lot.

Review 52：The hotel is located on a one way street which makes it difficult to access in some ways. My room was located next to the laundry room so there was a noise issue at times.

Review 54：The few things we didn't like were the noise from the a/c fan turning off and on, but could be fixed by adjusting the setting. Also, the light in the bathroom comes on automatically. While this may be convenient to most, I simply touched the switch and turned it off. No biggie there either.

Review 59：Very, very clean. The bed was comfortable and it had exactly what I wanted in a room. Mini fridge, coffee pot, tv, comfy bed, and quiet. The A.C. kept most of the noise of the interstate from getting in. I will be back on my next trip!
Review 60：The only problem I had was with the air conditioning. It worked fine when we first got there. We went in turned on the air and a little while later we went to eat. When we came back the air was off. We turned it back on and didn't realize that it had quit working until around midnight. We didn't sleep very well after that because Everytime it would get cool in there the air would go off. We mentioned it to the clerk at checkout and she didn't seem concerned. We stay in Fayetteville once a month. The next time we go we will not be staying at Regency 7.

Review 64：I was amazed at how neat and tidy the entire place was. I am skeptical of reviews, wondering if that was a person who was paid to give a positive review. The Regency was so clean. There was a washer and dryer (for pay) that was available, too. Beds were comfy and rooms were very clean. This was the 3rd motel/hotel on this trip and was by far the cleanest one. It reminded me of a 1060's motel when it was brand new. We will stay there again.
