Review 1：We had a problem with the AC reported to the front desk the first day nothing was done the maintenance guy come the next day reported that no one told him about the problem I stayed at other one in ATL had a problem the manger gave us a free stay the next time there that's called taken care of your guest we talked to the manger there about the problem she gave us no response didn't like her attitude when checking out about the problem

Review 3：heater in first room 214 didn't work so had to move to 212 and that room worked. Staff said there was a problem in 214 so why give us that room why not fix the thermostat

Review 7：Lighting is poor in many hotels including this one.All the gadgets which we don't use, but would love a night light in bathroom and a senior toilet. Why doesn't a hotel set aside rooms for seniors or add a few amenties. Senior toilets don't cost anymore than regular toilets. Night lights would prevent accidents and lawsuits.
Review 8：We had experienced a very difficult day travelling and found this facility to be clean, very comfortable, and well maintained. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful and we appreciated that very much.

Review 11：The driveway into the hotel is hard to find because it's basically between two gas stations and I don't remember seeing a sign. I just saw the hotel.
Review 12：The people were really, really nice and accommodating, the bed and sheets were wonderful. The room was very nice, had all the amenities. Morning breakfast included cheese omelets, biscuits and gravy, it was all good and hot.
Review 13：The gentleman who checked us in was not personable; acted like he didn't want to be there. While we were waiting to be checked in, a guest came to the counter to ask for sparking water. When she left, he made fun of her.

Review 32：We had a problem with the door key quite a bit and had to have the front desk reprogram it many times. On one occasion we asked the front desk staff to reprogram the key and her reply to us was we needed to find the maintenance man and let him know. Poor customer service is all I can say!

I ended up on the sofa whichwas to short for me but that is all we could do. Of course I did notsleep, could not wait for daylight to leave.
