Review 1：I had trouble getting the shower head to turn on.
Review 2：Room was clean and a good value for the money. The WiFi worked well as well as the cable TV. The location was close to downtown.
Review 3：It was pretty sub-par in terms of facilities and cleanliness. Also, there are no amenities.

Our room was directly outside the pool.We were woken up at midnight by people jumping into the pool andscreaming. No one answering from front reception. The party finally leftjust after 1am.

The staff didn't know where the highway entrancewas, (100 yards away). It was expensive. The breakfast shut down 20minutes early. Quality Inn Corp has no portal to communicate this stuff.I will never stay at another Quality Inn.

Review 24：Eveything, always stay at this location when coming into Memphis. Good value. location is far away enough from Downtown and Beale St. to get away from the noise, yet close enough to drive to everything within 5 minutes or less. Staff is always friendly and professional.

Review 27：The breakfast was not great. Offerings were limited. And the guests in the hotel really took advantage. I saw one lady put an entire bunch of bananas in her purse and then leave. But, there is a Burger King across the street so you're probably better off going there.

Review 29：The AC was loud. We arrived at about 4 and the maid had not turned in the paper work so the desk clerk did not which rooms were available even though check in time was either 2 or 3. The desk clerk had an attitude about this issue.

Review 31：The breakfast was very poor. The staff member who looked after the breakfast Sat and stated at the guests while they are, making it very uncomfortable. The eggs were grey. The room was dirty, my feet were dirty from walking on carpet.
Review 32：Floors were very sticky from undiluted floor cleaner . Asked if they could clean the floo but they just sprayed more floor cleanee on it making it worse. On arrival coffee machine hadn't been cleaned and had previous persons coffee still inside. Carpet was really dirty and slightly damp. Which made bottoms of feet really black

This was mended promptly but maybe should have been mended before. Generally the place felt uncared for, staff seemed apathetic. We couldn't check out as no one was on the front desk! We have stayed with this chain before and this was sub par.

Review 51：Staff were particularly helpful, helped us booking tours and taxi. Always with a smile too which makes for a good start of the day. The bed was huge and comfortable, the room basic but big and clean. We also had a fridge and microwave. We were on the ground floor, right next to the pool but managed good nights every night, as pool closes at 10 pm and it is respected. We liked that we could walk straight down on Union Street and turn left at the baseball arena to get to Beale Street, Rock'n'Soul museum, Gibson or Main Street. The walk felt safe enough on Union Street that we never took a taxi to go up or down. Quality Inn is also right opposite a burger Kind and Walgreen pharmacy/convenience store so you don't feel isolated either.

Review 57：It took forever to check in, and there was only one person in line in front of me. The customer service was terrible, and the room was filthy. My wife went to talk to management about the filth, and they did not even apologize, just "I'll talk to the housekeeper." When we got into the room, a random housekeeper barged in, without a knock to check the refrigerator looking for her milk. Absolutely unprofessional, and will never stay again. I also recomend no one else stay there, ever.

I wake up the next morning with aheadache the room was so stinky, I called the front desk got towels andwas told there wouldn't be any towels ready until the housekeeperarrive which was 2 hours later. Worst place i've ever stayed!!!

Review 79：The hotel is a 7 dollar cab ride from Beale street. Located next to a walgreens and a few fast food joints. The bed was really comfortable but make sure you bring your own pillows! The staff was awesome!! Room was very clean. FYI this is a no thrills hotel, don't expect it to be for its price!!! All and all it was a very good experience and would recommend anyone who wanted to keep hotel cost down to use this one! Great service, comfortable and convenient location!! Also the hotel has lots of coupons and pamphlets for all the attractions in Memphis and free parking.
Review 80：The wifi had a terrible and slow connection. It made it impossible to do any work on my computer. The location was okay for being somewhat close to downtown, but you could hear anything that went on outside. The helicopters for the hospital and the cars from the expressway made the most noise.
Review 81：The staff was great and the cleaning staff members did a great job. We had an issue with our room keys not working and the gentleman at the front desk made a great effort to fix the issue right away.

But we were completely disgusted to find a pair of women's underwear (that did not belong to us) under the bed as we were checking to make sure we weren't leaving anything behind. Housekeeping should check under beds as we always do upon leaving a hotel and have found many strange things. Other than that incident, we were pleased with our stay and the service received.
Review 83：This hotel was close to downtown attractions. Very nice hotel for the deal we got through Booking.com. Breakfast was good. If the weather hadn't have been so sold, we would have loved to enjoy the courtyard for lunch etc..

The staff was rude and could not help with a simple request like a bottle opener late at night. The room was dirty from the floor to furniture and it had bedbugs. Sheets were stained. Review 101：The location was good, we were less than 5 miles from everything we wanted to do. Overall the hotel was quiet, except for the occasional helicopter or airplane. The bed was comfortable for my wife but a little too firm for my taste. Breakfast was decent.
Review 102：The room smelled awful. They had spiders and webs everywhere. There was dust everywhere. The sheets and pillows were dirty we found hair on our pillows. Horrible lighting, only 3 lamps in the room and only 2 worked. The tub was dirty...the toilet wouldn't flush!!! They charged more than the conformation said it would cost. Not to mention the staff was rude and didn't want to help us. Also the breakfast wasn't cooked fully!!! Who wants to eat halve cooked food. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

We realize emergencies happen and we are glad they are there for people when they need them. But sounded like we were staying right beside the JFK airport.

Review 109：There is a helicopter pad across from the hotel on Union that was in constant use. No east access to the hotel off Union. You have to come in off Madison and Camilla. Navigation tries to tell you that you can take Camilla across Union but you can't.
