Review 1：Everything! The location, the pool, the restaurants and huge buffet breakfast, the staff, the rooms are high quality and all round service is excellent. One of our favourite places to spend time

Review 7：There's construction happening in the street and beach promenade just in front of the property. Two loud generators were used throughout the whole day. Wifi is slow and a bit unreliable.

Review 9：The insect and mosquito problem really very annoying. The resort actually provide mosquito repellent incense however, we didn't notice it after we stayed here for 2 night. I have stayed in many different resort's private pool villa in Thailand before, many of them will help the guests to light up the repellent incense in the back garden when doing house keeping. I strongly recommend Evason management consider to instruct the staff to do this too.....

I would suggest that Evason should communicate this value in an infographic e.g. how you manage your water resources, organic farming, etc. at your sustainability booth. 4. Diversity of breakfast 5. Review 22：The room is not that spacious. The pillow is either too soft or too hard which makes it tough to sleep. The bed is not comfy. The bed sheets are old.

Review 23：The pool villa is on the private side, which i like. The wifi is good. The hotel area has a lot of activities like renting a bike, swimming, bow shooting, and some other activities that one might have to book in advance.

Review 28：- too many mosquitoes One staff who checked in us was unfriendly. We contacted reservation department to transfer room fee before arriving, but when we checked in, she said my booking was unpaid. We don't mind if there would be some mistake about this, BUT we do mind about what this girl said. As we already paid for this booking, we thought that there is no need to deposit anything upon arrival as last time we were in this hotel, we didn't need to place any deposit. We don't hold credit cards and accidentally didn't withdraw cash enough for required deposit. She suddenly turned hostile and said (to her collegues) that this booking is unpaid!! I want to express the word in Thai; "ไม่มีเงิน deposit ด้วย แล้วบุ๊คกิ้งก็ยังไม่ได้จ่ายมา" It's very rude!! We were trying to not complain right away because this was my birthday trip and we wanted to be happy! Otherwise, other staffs were very nice. I reconize one gilr who brought the birthday cake to me. She already greeted and smiled to us.

Review 30：The resort is very nice and has something for everybody. It's very children friendly except for the pool. The kiddies pool is connected to the adults pool and there's no life guard on duty so we weren't able to relax and let our guard down at all while at the pool. The spa was very nice but somewhat pricey for Bangkok standards. The breakfast buffet was awesome, good variety.

No convenience store in the resort. The nearest 7/11 is 20 mins by scooter. It is a bad choice if you don't have any means of transportation.

Review 50：We are a couple who stayed five days including New Year's Eve. The personnel and the management (Alan Thomas) really made all effort to make our stay very pleasant. The food was outstanding and the room very comfortable and clean. We give the place our best reccomandations.

Review 55：The location was about 30 min drive out of Huahin. The local area wasn't bad, but not a lot going on and no real beach to speak of directly by the hotel. We stayed in the low season so had a good deal, and the resort was very quiet. Not sure this would be such an attractive option in high season as the bar, pool etc would seem very crowded and not so relaxing, and also the value for money would be less.

Review 56：We had a pool villa, and it was amazing- the outside space was a real highlight. Not overlooked, shade and sun and the pool was a real treat. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast here is great. We tried all the restaurants on site and they are all good, but not the best value considering you're in Thailand. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The main pool in the complex was also great and the overall feel of the resort is very nice. Excursions seemed expensive, but being a high-end resort I guess they expect the guests not to worry about that.

Review 59：My children (aged 6 and 3) really enjoyed the activities at the children's center. And we parents were able to relax, as a proper vacation should be. Also the food, especially at the Thai restaurant, was delicious. Overall the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will return again.

The breakfast is very very good and almost everything you want is available. Servents are polite and very helpfull. We had a studio and we liked it very much. Our complaint at the Managing director about a not well closed terras door was handled effectively within a very short notice. The managing director is very open and approuchable and concerned. The transport service with electrical cars from the entrance to the several point at the resort is very good and quick without extra payment. The resort is very complete. We think we will come back some day to this very nice 5-star resort. After the running renovation it will even better we believe.

Review 64：Private pools in the villa are a little too shallow (maybe 3 feet?). Great for dipping feet but after about 3 minutes it's not as much fun on the knees.

In addition, the construction of a walk way along the coast and permanent staircases to the beach will be taking place in front of resort.
