Review 1：Breakfast did not match the dinner in terms of quality and variety. Furniture and bath tub were run down, showing age. No clean beach towels in the afternoon. Beach is nice and was full of seaweed washed ashore. Likewise, sea was not clean.

Review 2：We ere given a corner room, which had great view. Dinner buffet was good.

Review 3：The rooms are quite small. We had two adults and three small children and they seemed shocked when we said that three twins beds wasn't enough. So they brought in another twin bed and there was barely even room to walk from one side of the room to the other! I honestly think they were trying their best to accommodate us.

Review 4：Having all meals included seemed to be a good deal. The food was good and the service in the restaurant was good as well, although there was very little English spoken. The small private beach was convenient and great for our small kids.

Review 5：Staff was always dour. They're not willing to help. They want you out of their way as much as possible. Building is very old, falling apart that we couldn't sleep comfortably because of the balcony door noise. There's nothing to comfort the guests, not even the beds. We've been in two different rooms during our stay and they were in bad condition. Toilets are not clean, there were black marks in the bathtub corners. Obviously, the facility is not looked after properly.

Review 7：The staff does not speak English, and then it's impossible solve the problems. We asked 1 double bed and we had 2 single beds, they have unıte the beds and we were not given blankets. the a/c does not operate. many light ın the room do not work. the aspiration in the bathroom does not work.

Review 13：Except 2-3 persons (Izzet-Hakan-Huseyin) the rest of the staff was notpolite and had serious communication problems. The receptionist (Cansu)was doing wrong calculations and insisting until her manager did theright calculation on the check in.The bathroom (except in lobby) was in very bad condition looked unlikely for a 4-star hotel. There was no ventilation in the bathroom which caused serious health problems. Many customers were complaining as well for the bathrooms. Generally there was serious issues for cleanliness which again does not match with a 4-star hotel. We were very disappointed to see a 4-star (!) hotel in our home country which needs serious renovation in the bathrooms and strict training to the staff to serve kindly the customers. I would not recommend to anyone this hotel to protect my home country's tourism reputation.

Review 14：The only good thing was that the location was very good. Very cleanbeach and sea, quiet area. Generally was a nice looking hotel but not4-star on service and cleanliness.

Review 15：food was very medicore, no free wifi any where, little shop had nothing in it, staff didnt understand much English, Booking online said check in was from 11h00 but they were adamant it would not be til 14h00. We seemed to be the last to be allocated our rooms.
