Review 1：We were awakened both mornings, it wasn't relaxing at all. The hotellandscapers began weed-wacking and leaf blowing at 7:30am. The hotel repsaid it was "out of her control". Her response wasdisappointing. The leaf blowers & yard work lasted until about 9am.The next morning was not much better - our hotel room phone rang andwoke us up at 7:13am. Someone (not sure if it was hotel staff or guest)was trying to reach national grid and dialed our room number by mistake.These incidents and the fact that staff allowed the landscapers to startso early soured our stay. I would not recommend it.
Review 2：The room was spacious, clean, with standard hotel amenities and decor.Location is convenient to downtown Falmouth & beach.
Review 3：Centrally located. Room was huge, clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was continental and had all the basics. The room rate was a great value and throw in that we didn't have to pay for breakfast - that made it an even better deal.

Review 5：Charming Cape Cod motel with lovely gardens and sitting area adjacent to the small Barn where breakfast is available. Spotless room, nice nautical touches. Great breakfast. Easy walk to restaurants, shops, and Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard.
