Review 2：There was an issue with our reservation, we contacted booking.com they immediately contacted the hotel and the hotel went above and beyond to make certain we were accommodated.

Review 3：Shower fixture in room 323 leaked. It did not effect our shower, but it did spray outside of the shower curtain.

Review 5：I loved loved loved the comfortable bed we slept in shower pressure was wonderful excellent breakfast and fast wifi also the pool was just right nice cool down in the sun definitely would stay again!

Review 6：Breakfast was awful and misleading. Staff on our first morning was not friendly, she handle food with her bare hands (no gloves) and she didn't keep the eating area clean.

Review 14：This hotel couldn't be more conveniently located! Easy on & off to I-95, yet it was still quiet and clean. Friendly desk staff at check-in, who made helpful suggestions for evening dining. All were conveniently located, + the hotel provided a well-detailed, easy to follow map.

Review 32：Mattress was uncomfortable. Don't like the duvets on the beds. You sleep directly under them, with a sheet on top of that. If you sleep warm, the duvet is too hot, and you have to take the top sheet off to remove it, and there is nothing slightly heavier than a sheet to replace the duvet. Duvets may look fashionable, but not very functional.

When we first was heading to our rooms, there was a cleaning lady on the third floor that was looking very mad. She acted like she didn't want us to come here. That same lady wasn't doing a good job at cleaning our rooms. I cleaned my own room, help her make my beds because she wasn't going to change the sheets but I wanted my sheets changed. I vacummed. She didn't even clean the bathroom good.
