Review 1：The wi-fi was pretty bad, enough if you wanted to check emails and such but not streaming so it's good that the program list was pretty big. Also we got a room at base level meaning we didnt have any balcony/view and there was a courtyard outside where people occasionally walked meaning we had to keep the drapes down most of the time. Don't know if that was the only room that was still available ( considering we made the reservations about 2 months prior ) or because it was a 'smokers room', but it definitely would have been a lot nicer somewhere up stairs.
Review 2：The manager is very friendly and helpful quite fluent in english and the room was very nice, quite luxurious overall. We were happy to find out there was a ski bus running every 30 minutes from the villa to the slopes and even free rentals for the guests of the villa ( however the state of the rent-able equipment was decent to say the most). If there was any information about this we completely missed it in the facilities listing. There were about 100 tv channels (lots of premium ones) and a big TV which made for some very nice relaxing after hitting the slopes.

Review 4：It was a little far from the actual slopes but no problem as they have their own transport for customers.

Review 7：The apartment was clean, nice and really comfortable. We enjoyed spending our relax time in it - even making breakfast and coffee (so important before skiing). The staff was helpful and smiling. I recommend it for everyone.
Review 8：Bathroom is tiny and you can even turn in it. Even though the apartment was non smoking the cigarette smell from lower floor was keep getting upstairs into apartment.

Review 39：It was way awesome. I recommend it with all my heart. The staff is exceptional and they welcome you in such a manner that it feels you are meeting old friends. We made a reservation for Villa Milmari and we received a room in Hotel Milmari for the same price. It was incredibile. It's the best hotel in Kopaonik.

Review 41：Just amazing! We were upgraded for luxurious studio, the view from the balcony is unforgettable, the staff is very helpful, the price is very cheap, the decor of room is awesome!!! Ski bus to the ski resort provided by the hotel.
Review 42：They declare that the Milmari Hotel - Resort , where you can eat and use the wonderful spa area is only 1,5 km away and that is not the true. I walked to the hotel and it is not so close. I had to came back by shuttle bus and the driver told me it is at least 2 km away. By the way the hotel is realy awesome..

The location is good,but you need transport to the center, it is to long to walk. By walking you can use only the main street and have to take care about the traffic, so it is not a pleasure

Review 45：Everything was good. Spacious, quiet, clean and nice room with good kitchen facilities (but no microoven). Helpful staff. Good transfer to slopes. If you want to try traditional serbian food I recommend kafana Lav (5 min from hotel). Famous kupino vino you can buy in the supermarket near kafana Lav (in duty free shop it costs much more expensive).

Review 47：Awesome place a few kilometers from Kopaonik ski slopes. We lived in a great room with kitchenette – go for this option, because it's a good thing to have some tea after skiing without having to go to the restaurant. Everything in the room was brand new and we both really liked the place. Very friendly staff – both beautiful girl at the reception was unbelievably helpful and kind to us, and the guy who checked us out on our last day were very nice. There's also a place to store your boards/skis at the bigger cottage. Milmari has a free ski bus to/from ski slopes and if you missed it, taxi would cost you 4 euro. That makes it a really good deal, because you don't have to overpay for the location. My only complaint are pillows, but I hate all hotel pillows, so I should probably start carrying my own). P.S. For some reason wi-fi didn't work with our iPhones, but our iPads were fine. Perhaps, the router should be checked.

Review 54：kitchen was lacking a little in equipment, no grill or kettle or microwave. basically just 2 ring cooker which isn't ideal when trying to cook breakfast. attic room is quite tight for space & definitely only for 1 person
Review 55：The lady at reception upon arrival & during our stay was fantastic. So helpful & friendly, a real asset to the place. Duplex apartment was perfect for what we needed, 3 of us stayed in it & had plenty of space. location very convenient for ski slopes, we had our own transport but the ski shuttle was also available if needed. Would definitely use again.
Review 56：Organization of ski bus to transfer to the slopes was sometimes crazy ( Serbian style :) ). But finally everything was solved and we felt ourselves very well. Non smokers have to accept that smoking is possible everywhere.
