Review 3：This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever seen. Black mold on the ceiling, sheets were not clean, no hot water,holes in the couch, and what I will assume a hooker working the front desk.

Review 5：Literally everything else. The room was disgusting. Not a single towel was clean. The front of the bathroom sink had fallen off. It smelled horrible. The Internet was spotty to completely non existent. I pride myself on stoicism when it comes to cheap hotels; it's like an adventure! Not this time. Photos are after I tried to fix the front sink. Just barely hanging on.

Review 10：The hall wasn't clean. Everything outside the room was dirty.Gunshot holes in the windows in other rooms. Cracked windows in otherrooms. The tub was dirty had to purchase cleaner to clean it. The stemfrom a shower brought out roaches in the bathroom. Although that was theonly time I seen bugs. The temp in the room was the same as the tempoutside even with the air running. This hotel has a weekly rate so somepeople lived here. We had not extra time otherwise I would have askedfor a refund and left. We only stayed one night.

Review 18：This motel was pretty dodgy and felt a bit dangerous. I'm pretty sure we saw a bullet hole in the window. Cleanliness wise there were stains in the towels and a cigarette burn on the sheets. Facilities wise the air con was broken. Next time I would pay a bit more and stay elsewhere.

I told the receptionist to keep the money and we didn't stay. There was no way I was putting my family in danger. This place should be out of business.

Review 23：First who has the heat on in the middle of summer. Took all night the room to cool off. The whole hotel smelt funny and the elevator smelled like urine and throw up. It said it had a on site convenient store but it was actually the owner selling stuff from behind the counter. The shower was possessed. The hot water was hot one minute and the next cold.

The 3rd floor empty of guest becauae wad told all the guest on 1 st floor were long term wnd it wasnt safe to have a room on that floor. Hot no air on.vending machines broken into and unoperational.terrified it was the most horriable disgustingly filthy place I stayed ever.

Review 41：After feeling that the neighbourhood was a bit scary. We thought we would order a pizza. Dominos refused to deliver a pizza here as it is unsafe for the driver. We decided to leave immediately as we had two small children and there were some shady characters hanging around and there was a door kicked in two doors from ours. The hotelier refused to refund any of our money (we had paid for 2 nights). When I complained to booking.com she lied to them and said we did stay the 2 nights. Even though I could prove that this was not true booking.com did not take any responsibility nor did they care that we believe this place is unsafe for tourists. Disgusting!

The front desk looks ok and doesn'tsmell so once you pay and go to your room your realize you are in for asurprise. Curtains are stained and falling down. Holes in the walls.Burn marks through the sheets. Bed looks like some one rented it for afew hours for some lovin and then the sheets were thrown back on it.Walls are filthy!!! Carpet hasn't been vacuumed in who knows howlong. It seems maybe two ppl are trying to run the whole thing. AndI'm sure there has been a few ppl whom have peed in the elevator. Wedecided to leave and didn't get our money back. Deceitful buggers.I've never had a problem with hotels untill this one. I have nowords to express how hurendous it is!! It needs to be shut down!! Thepictures are what the hotel may hove looked like when it first openedbut I assure you it looks nothing like the pics! I wouldn't evenwant my worst enemy have to stay in this place! So be smarter then us,and read all these reviews before you book the place. And for the loveof God stay away from this place your better off sleeping in a ditchsomewhere.

Review 51：This hotel was horrible looking on the outside so I had a bad feeling when we pulled up. And boy was I right to feel that way. Don't believe the pictures you see in the advertisement of this hotel. The pool has been out of commission for what seems like years. It looked as if 200 people gathered together to use the bathroom in it. It was horrible. The whole reason I booked here was because of the pool. I had my four kids with me so the pool was something for them to do. It was even worse than any Motel 6 I've ever been too. We paid $59 dollars for our room and I think that was way too much for this place. The hot water didn't work. They didn't run the air on the fourth floor so the whole floor plus our room was unbelievably stuffy and hot. It took about four hours for our rooms to cool down. The staff does not keep the hotel up at all. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a huge disappointment.

Review 52：We reserved a room for 4 people. There were 2 clean towels and they charged for "extras." The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pool was disgusting- it even had 5 turtles living in it. The room was tiny. If you get what you pay for, they should have paid us to stay there.

Review 101：Everything else... 1) Waited for almost 20 mins. For the clerk to try tocheck in the family in front of me. They haven't moved onto usingcomputers yet.. 2) Was charged a 10 dollar late check out fee whenchecking in despite never asking for or wanting it... It was assumedsince we checked in late we wanted it. 3) The elevator smelled nastyalong with the majority of the hotel. 4) The whole 4th floor is reallyhot. We were put in a room that had to be 85-90 degrees and told itwould cool down after turning the air on. The a/c turned out to bebroken... Got the guy to try another room... Same deal...finally oneroom had a working a/c unit but the tradeoff was it smelled like anash tray and mold and there was a lot of mold on the walls in numerousspots. Took the room just to go to sleep asap and at least not sweating.

If this is you please read on and know that you are not alone. I stead at the Governor’s Inn & Suites on 5/24/14-5/26/14. Let me tell you, it was the worst place I have ever stead in my life. I booked the stay through Booking.com and boy did I make the wrong choice. First of all, when I called to conform they had my reservations the person on the other end of the phone was very negative and keep me on hold forever. After waiting forever, she finally told me my reservations where good to go. I asked if I could check in early and the clerk said yes for an additional $10 dollars. I thought this was unusual but, I said okay if the room is ready to go why not. I had no problem paying the extra $10 dollars because I was tried and ready to rest. When I arrived to the Governor’s Inn & Suites to check in early I meet the person who was on the other end of the phone. This person was very unprofessional talking with two guys who seem to be trying to get a date with her while I waited to check in. She finally decided to acknowledge me after talking with her man friends. I told her I had made reservations to stay in a king room with microwave, refrigerator and etc. However, I was told that they only had a double with none of the things I made reservations for. This made me very upset, because the clerk stated that there was no guarantee I would be able to get the things I paid for like a king room and all of the amenities. While I was trying to check in another couple walk around the corner clearly very upset asking me if I was checking out to. I said no, why, and then the lady said because there was no hot water so they were leaving. The clerk tried to reassure me that was not the case she had to let the water run so it could get hot. This was just the beginning of a bad stay at this place.

Review 104：No hot water. No cold ac. The staff was cursing ghetto and country. There was no person to clean the rooms and we waited almost a hour for more towels. Never will I go again.
