Review 1：Lot of noise during night from one member of staff rooting about in a cupboard beside our room. Kept waking me up.

Review 3：Staffs are generally very friendly, but one young girl was impatient and somewhat rude. WIFI signal is good, but speed is a bit unstable sometimes. No towel, basic breakfast.

Review 4：Centrally located on the main pedestrian street in Tomar. The hostel is very clean and spacious. The hostel is smartly decorate, the interior has a lot of interesting features. Facilities are very good, there are more bathroom/WC per head than most of the hostels that I've seen recently. Good shower, good kitchen. Beds are very comfortable, the mattress is relatively thick and provide good support.

Review 12：This is a really nicely maintained hostel and perfectly located in the center of town. Everything was clean and the facilities (kitchen, bathroom) were so nice. Since I had a 7am bus to catch, they had breakfast available for me by 6:30am. That was greatly appreciated! Nice and friendly staff. I loved Tomar and the convento and would definitely stay here again.

Review 13：Not having stayed in Hostels without bathroom, found this hostel very clean and staff welcoming and helpful. Toilet and showers not far from bedroom. Was surprised how quiet the other guests were as well. Good breakfast.

Review 14：Everything... they even had a bathtub! I didn't get to use it but after a long trip it would be a seldom seen luxury. The owners and staff are very kind and helpful. It really feels more like a bed-and-breakfast... or home.

Review 18：Very nice and freshly remodelled hostel. The room was awsome! WE got the room with the view as expected with no extra fee. Breakfast is good, although only sweet food is served. The hostel has big beautiful kitchen you can use to prepare your own meals, washing maching and a drier (for extra fee). I would definitely recomment the hostel, it was a great experience.

Review 19：Despite what is wrote on the website, it's not a hotel, but a hostel. For this, they don't provide towels (unless you pay 1€) or other hotel stuffs (like soap, ...).

Review 20：We really enjoyed our stay in Tomar. This hostel is perfectly situated, very welcoming, clean and well made. Although it's located in the main street, we had a very quiet night, no noises at all.

Review 21：the staff was partly uninterested in guests - watching TV in the main room late into the night (unfortunately my room was right next door and I heard it all). It may have been an exception though. The beds were soso, but I did not mind for a night and after all it is a very budget option. You get what you pay for.

Review 24：The hostel is very much in the centre of Tomar, which is an advantage if you're going to visit the town. Staff was very friendly and didn't mind the fact that we checked in quite late, around 2 am.

Review 25：I was early checking in and even though my room was not clean yet, I was able to leave my backpack to be stored. All I wanted was a cup of coffee. And I got one. Wifi worked great. I had a balcony so I could handwash a few pieces of clothing and dry them outside.
