Review 1：Great, spacious rooms with kitchenette, excellent cuisine and service with very friendly and English-speaking staff. Great spa facility. Perfect variety and quality of food with friendly service. Even free shuttle to and back from the ski resort (4km) at desired times. Free ski storage next to the skilifts in a Ski rental place. 8-22 hours open shop right next to the hotel.

Review 2：Towels weren't changed everyday and there was no refill of toilet paper. The shower had a leak from underneath the base of the shower, so every time we had a shower there was a mini flud in the bathroom lol...no big deal tho it didn't effect us much at all. The spa centre could use some technical check ups on the jacuzzi and hot beds if that's what they're called.

Review 3：I loved the hospitality, cleanliness and the food was extra good!! Props to the chef!! Excellent massage therapists, I recommend it to everyone to get a massage there!

Review 4：Spa was not funtioning, the rooms had cracks in the structure walls, unsafe building. The staff was not english speaking. Serious management issues. " ther's nothing we can do" seemed like the phrase of the day.

Review 18：Room was cold, and water was heating up when we arrived. Spa didnt worked around 20h, and we couldn use it in the morning since open hours were from 2pm. a bit out of centre but still it was almost end of April so nobody was on mountain anyway.

Review 24：Recommendation for renting of ski equipment in "Planinska kuca". We should get for renting 20% discount and the price was a little bit higher than at others ski renting houses. In the end we've got this discount, but there was misunderstandings with the renting party.

Review 26：Presidential suite that is supposed to accommodate 6 adults plus 2 kids has only one toilet for all. We didn't have in the room everything that was supposed to be there. Review 36：During my entire stay SPA and wellness didnt work. There isnt enough parking places, so you have to park along the road that is covered with ice and snow. Some staff members were really nice and some other were totaly confused and lacked the knowledge about basic stuff. They couldnt help me with most of the things I asked them about.Wi-Fi also didnt work during my entire stay at this hotel. Water is heated in every room in 100L bathroom heaters, so if 2 or more people are taking a shower in a row only the first 1 gets really hot water, other get cold or almost cold water. All in all a lot need to be done and improved to make this a real 4 star hotel.

Review 37：Rooms in this hotel are really big and clean. Transportation buses are on time and they drive you straight to the center of Kopaonik. Mini bar and restaurant drinks are really cheap.

He asked us to run the water and flush the toilets a few times and all would be well. The smell remained so he showed us a few more rooms. The smells were just as bad. We covered the kitchen drains with towels and kept the bathroom door shut.

Review 125：The hotel offers half board but on the menu there are very few dishes soafter couple of days (or even 1 if you don´t like them) you don´t wantto take them and you "loose" these money. The spa is very small, just 1sauna and 1 jacuzzi and you have to book with lot of advance or there´sno place. They don´t have terapist for massages. We went for have a kindof weekend in spa and balnearium and finally we went to another hotelnear that really have a spa offer (and of course pay for it).

Review 131：Van to ski resort does not operate between 11:00 & 15:00. The van is abit small for the number of guests during busy ski weekends. They didn'tchange the tablecloths in the restaurant between guests. The dinnerswere sometimes not as good as the breakfasts.
