Review 1：In the bathroom area you have hair dyers . While using them you have to push the button in the middle and continue to hold it while drying your hair , it s a bit difficult if you have long hair . I also had problems with the tv and cable . I would put it on a station and it would last for a few minutes and then die out .I fell asleep and woke up and it was working better ?? .
Review 2：I enjoyed my stay as it was for one night due to a wedding . The staff was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions . I liked that they had internet . The locations is great if you want to go shopping everything is close by . A lot of fun for a weekend trip .
Review 3：This was the second time I stayed at the Inn and both times were exceptional. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast tasty and included in the price, and the room was clean and comfortable. I very much recommend this hotel.

Very pleasantly surprised when we arrived, they kindly allowed us to check in early at short notice and we required 3 rooms and we were delighted when the accommodated our request. Rooms were delightful, beds and bedding wonderful ( we are not easily pleased and can be quite critical!) this hotel met our every need. Spotlessly clean, bathroom facilities excellent. Only thing we could complain about was the quality of the towels, they were definitely in need of replacement, they were thin and quite hard but if this was attended to we would not hesitate to recommend 100%. If you need accommodation in Bangor do not hesitate, stay here!!! Breakfast was more than adequate too!!

Review 22：Somewhat spartan amenities, I thought. I would have appreciated a microwave in the room and different sized pillows to accommodate comfort. The bed itself was comfortable enough but the pillows were all the same smaller size. Not a big deal but harder to arrange support in all the right places. Also, it would be a great idea for guests to have the rear entrance function more like the front doors ie. sliding automatic doors. Most of us have to park in the back and lugging suitcases without a ramp or a door that is easy to carry stuff through was a slight challenge. In my case I have an injured upper arm and it made me think how someone with a more serious disability would manage it. There is an button for opening the outer door but the inside door was more conventional. Overall, the hotel is a nice place to stay for shopping trips and the price was very reasonable. There were features I didn't try such as the pool and exercise room so my review is limited to my experience.
Review 23：The hotel has a comfy homey atmosphere. I appreciated the complimentary clam chowder and the room was comfortable and pleasant enough. The mini Keurig coffee maker was a nice touch. Reasonably priced and location is good for shopping trips.

Review 28：I had booked my room many months in advanced with a request to be on the 1st floor. I was travelling with my sister who had surgery two weeks prior to our stay. We had a late check in only to find that we were on the 2nd floor. Staff was not very helpful. I'm not going to let this experience stop me from booking here again as I have always had a positive visit prior to this.

Review 43：My husband & I stay at the Country Inn at the Mall at least 2 times per year. The staff is super friendly, rooms spacious & very clean. Love the variety in their breakfast buffet. It's an excellent spot to stay if you're a big shopper because it's close to the Bangor mall, Wal-Mart, Kohl's, Burlington Coat Factory, Home Depot, restaurants etc, etc, etc,.
Review 44：Although location can not be beat for shopping, the beds we got I believe were doubles. Too small for a good hotel comfortable sleep! I had to sleep with my son with my wife in the other bed but he moves around a lot so I didn't sleep much. A pool is important for us when travelling!

Review 52：The rooms were roomy and comfortable. It was relatively close to the interstate for our day trips and was really close to a variety of eating/shopping establishments.
Review 53：My only issue was that the doors on the rooms were very loud (opening & closing) and that they were not soundproof at all. We were woken up very early in the morning to doors opening/closing in hallway and voices in the hallway loud enough to have been in our room. I would suggest upgrading the doors to proper soundproof hotel doors that open and shut with less noise. Other than that we were very pleased with the quality of our stay.

There were rockingchairs in the front and ample benches peppered around the building forsitting outside. The Inn is in the back corner of the mall area andwas very quiet but extremely convenient if you needed to pick upsomething nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. You couldn'tbeat the price either. Ten minutes from Stephen King's house ispretty cool too!
