Review 1：The location is terrific however it is out of the heart of the city so if you want night life you have to be prepared to travel. however good restaurants and facilities

Review 2：Could not claim as a 5 stars from both facilities and service. Many facilities were not in good condition yo use sx, shower knob, sink tab etc. and service was not good enough.

Review 6：My booking was half-board, so i pre-paid for Breakfast and either Lunch or Dinner. There was no explanation of how or where i could get these meals. When i did find a way i was offered three set menus that didnt' cater for my dietary requirements (allergic to seafood). This was handled very poorly by staff, and reception simply didn't care. There was only one Bell Boy on duty on Sunday night for this whole hotel and he was also the hotel driver - very poor service quality.

Review 8：Swimming pool is needed to be improved about safety especially if you come here with small kids.Guests allowed to smoke at the balcony where is next to swimming pool so many kids around there.

Review 18：I stayed 4 nights and fair enough to express my disappointment: 1. air-con was leaking very seriously at the first night and repaired after almost 1 hour and no more follow up after all. 2. the floor was leaking water on the third night deal to downstairs using air con. 3. The facilities is poor, even compare with a 3 stars hotel 4. The hotel has not any regulations about photo shooting, well checked before we booked, so I prepared 2 dresses and we only take photos ourselves for a simple pre-wedding, no more person, no more disturb their operations and staff, and suddenly being call off in the middle of shooting and being told I have to pay them for shooting and apply before. Experienced in many premium and 5 stars hotels and this is definitely the worst one. Will never come back and blacklist this group of hotel in other places.

Review 30：Check-in was not smooth. They are unable to find my booking given my name and passport. They did not do their preparation to expect their guest, but ask the guest to provide proof of booking. Location of the hotel is a disadvantage. That's why they provide a shuttle to connect hotel guest to the main street, where you can get those baht bus to get to the main shopping, restaurant area.

Review 31：We stayed in the ocean view room, and liked the big balcony where we could hang out for some drinks in the evening. Hotel staff are generally helpful with smile on face. Beach is a nice place for children to play and plenty of lounge chair. There are lots of trash on the beach, but the staff do their best to keep it clean. We opted for the cooking class held in the hotel, and it was wonderful. The chef is a very nice guy explaining each and every ingredients of the dish that we made. We got to eat our own dish as lunch, and they taste wonderful!

Review 34：It is not easy to travel to the hotel especially when you do not have a car. The hotel should provide maybe shuttle van or bus to the strategic points of Pattaya so that guests can go out or get in easily.

Costs for breakfast is absurd. 30 USD for breakfast which is very ordinary.

Review 112：Breakfast was so so. Hotel has clearly some sanetary problems and the smell sneak up on you her and there. What was even more enoying is the constant music playing all day at the pool aerea and all over the hotel. If you sunbath down at the beach its more quiet, but up at the poole aerea it was to much for me. It is the same music going on a loop, and they start every morning at 8 am! Why not try some hours a day litening to the sea? If you are really into chillout with panfluit, its heaven i guess.
