With apartments with free Wi-Fi, the JollyKop is a mountain complex which includes a newly opened restaurant, an Internet café, and a spa center with a sauna, a hot tub and massages. It is set on Kopaonik Mountain, 5,100 feet above sea level.
Departing every 30 minutes, ski buses (available for a fee) take 10 minutes to get to the nearest slopes, which are 1.5 miles away. The buses also drive to the center.
A ski storage room is available on site, and free parking is available as well.
Contemporary Serbian cuisine is served at the large restaurant, which features 3 playrooms for children of different ages. Entertainment staff and babysitters are there to take care of the young ones. There is also a small cinema which can host business gatherings as well.
Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen which includes various cooking utensils and serving dishes. The open-plan kitchen joins up with a comfortable four-seater dining area.
All apartments have a living area, fitted with a sofa and a TV. Each one has a private balcony, some of which boast panoramic nature views.
The Kopaonik Ski Area has 24 cable cars and 43 miles of slopes. The national park is at a distance of just over 1 miles from the JollyKop.

Review 1：Not in the room but on the hall a very bad smell. They didn't change anything and the breakfast and in the last two days they didn't have enough. Far from the slopes and very high price for the new year dinner.

Review 5：My family of six adults rented three Deluxe apartments from 28.12 to 02.01. and we think that Booking com did not evaluate correctly this property giving four stars...flats are new and large with correct structure but furnishing and equipment are not corresponding to four stars...internet is not working...exclusive natural beauty and kind local people is not always enough.

Review 9：Extremely rich breakfast, super overall value for money, very cozy. Tap water is not drinkable, but there are signs warning about that and it is possible to buy a canister of water.

Review 10：There are only a few things to complain about, as our stay was on the whole enjoyable. Still, the pillows could have been more comfortable and the music from the restaurant, which we could hear from our room on the first floor, could have been muted earlier.

Review 11：We traveled in low season and the our deluxe studio (which the hotel upgraded to a de luxe apartment with a separate bedroom free of charge) overlooking an impressive mountain landscape was very affordable. We really enjoyed the extremely friendly and helpful staff, and the apartment itself was spacious and well equipped. The hotel is located within a few minutes' drive from ski-lifts of Kopaonik. It is also a good starting point to explore the cultural treasures of the Ibar valley after skiing. The breakfast table was nice.

Review 15：We stayed 7 days but no one came for cleaning (don't know what the policy is) Wi-Fi free in the rooms but often disconnect or not able to connect, otherwise working in other areas like restaurant and reception.

Review 17：The parking wasn't cleared of snow. The bus hasn't arrived at the scheduled time. Some of us had symptoms of nausea, headaches and vomiting during our staying.

Review 18：We got a deluxe apartment in the basement. The view and smell from outside sewerage was disgusting. Terrace was not build and we had lots of construction rubish under the bedroom window. Shower was leaking. Cleaning has not been done during the four days we have stayed. I am travelling in many EU countries using several hotels but I would never rate the room as "deluxe".

Review 19：We have been in Kopaonik in December 2014 also and that is when we have heard about Jollykop first. The location is the only positive I could say.

Food for breakfast is of a very good quality, and excellent restaurant for dinner with reasonable prices. The view to the valley is extraordinary. The oranization of transfer to the ski slopes is convenient and reliable.

Review 24：Same as on our previous visit the bed sheets were too small for the beds. The free shuttle bus service to the ski slopes was always running late and the quality of the ride isn't really appropriate with improvised seats in the storage area of the bus. The reception tends to forget about requests and you need to request something several times in order to get it.

Review 29：They are too expensive. Other hotels at the same location are twice cheaper and offer better service The Internet doesn't work 5 days out of 7, and when it works it is so slow that nothing can be watched plus 90 % of the sites are blocked.

Review 81：the staff was overcautios, the kept one ID card from us although we paid the whole amount of money in the beginning, and in the end they gave the ID only after checking the room. We weren't there to destroy anything. It felt a little bit strange. During the night the electricity went out in the whole resort and it took one hour until it was reestablished.

Review 85：Our bed was broken, staff wouldn't move us so we left on an uncomfortable sofa bed. The noise from the kitchen extract fan was unbearable - on till late at night and started up early for breakfast! The smell from the drains is pretty awful too, A shame because the room rate is good and minibus to the lifts works well.

Review 89：Bad or no wi fi, and the shuttle transport to amd from the stages is not big enough for the amount of peopl these are small vans with way to many people going at once also there is first come first serverd booking process that is for some lazy people like me to much to worry about every day. However they did accommodate us every day by sorting extra routes and we ended up using a car so this was not an issue.

One concern we had was transport to tge ski centar but this was taken care of by jollykop wi their own shuttle and last three days we ended using our own car as the entire day parking costs around £1,5 th ere is also a free ski lockers right on the stage so you dont have to carry your stuff all the time.

Review 98：There was a bad smell hanging in the hotel lobby and corridor, whichclearly came from the water -which smelled bad - literally like sewage.There was no such smell in the room, a faint one after taking a shower.It was clearly indicated that the tap water was not for drinking, but you still had to take showers in stinky water. Sometimes there would be no water, and afterwards brown water would emerge from the tap for a bit. A pity that the drinking water sold in the hotel was sold with a significant mark-up. The restaurant in the hotel is not good, personnel doesn't really know what they're doing and waiting for long time. The food was nothing really special, the selection poor- only a few traditional serbian dishes. When asked for the wine-card, they brought us a bottle apparently costing 30e. Excellent wine, but a bit cheeky to bring the most expensive bottle without saying the price. There's a restaurant not far up on the left that is much, much better at a similar price point.

Review 99：The hotel is good, and the apartments are very spacious. Friendlywelcome by the reception, they spoke English well. The hotel is a bitfar from the slopes, but there's a van taking you there and back atorganized times - well organized.

Review 102：Cleaning the apartment just once for 6 days, so you have to clean yourself. Bad thing was reservation for bus to drive you to the ski slopes.

Replacing of towels and linens is once per week (for 7 days stays) or twice per 10 days (for 10 days stays). Water stinks and it is not with good quality. You can buy water in restaurant, but it is very expensive. Restaurant is accepting cash only, not possible to pay with card.

Review 106：It is the best hotel in Kopaonic! no jokes it is really so. Kopaonic itself is a veeeery small town. i'd i=even say it is few hotels and shops near the lift. Jolly Kop is places 3-4 kilometers from the center of this town. and it's place is wonderful. the view that you see when you arrive is fantastic. you really need to see it. NO hotels in Kopaonic hav such a great view. Restaurant is fantastic - very comfortable and cheap. food is Delicious. people that work in this hotel are always kind and do their best to make you feel comfortable. we really loved this hotel and recomed it to everybody. and by the way it is twice cheaper than hotels in the center of Kopaonic and twice better!

Review 107：The "spa" session was a fiasco. It was unworthy the money, about 15 euros one hour at the sauna and jaccuzzi which stopped suddenly after 20 minutes. The Wi-Fi in the room was poor, we couldn't use it, but it was very strong in the restaurant. I didn't like that the people who stayed before in our apartament left behind some of their things, like some remains of their sugar, coffe, drinks, etc and cosmetics and the hotel personnel hadn't clean them, as if anybody uses the leavings of the others.

Review 108：The apartament was big and confortable, with new furniture and all the facilities, except the coffee machine, which was missing in the chichinette. The restaurant was nice, good food, a lot to choose from, and good prices, but only one waiter spoke English very well. Next to the restaurant was a nice playground, very enjoyable for the kids. They offered a free ski bus for the tourists, the hotel is about 10 minutes by car until the ski center in Kopaonik. We had a good time at this hotel and would return there.

Review 109：I have no trust in Jolly Kop. You can not be sure that you will get what you have reserved. I have booked one type of room and got another. After my reaction they changed it but some of the staff was pretty unpleasant.

Review 110：No English menu in the restaurant. We ordered schnitzel on 3 different days and every time we were served something different that looked like schnitzel. No elevator in the building.
