Review 1：Stains on the ceiling. Stains on the bathroom wall. The carpet was filthy. Stained and had not been vacuumed in quite awhile. Out side door wouldn't open back up with me locked out side.

Review 3：The room was dirty, lamps wouldn't turn on or were broken, room had a foul smell when entering & it was cold, not welcoming at all!!!
Review 4：Hotel was under construction. No real hotel supervision after hours...there were big groups of kids in the hotel for a parade the following day hanging out in the halls making all kinds of noise.

Review 8：I don't even know where to begin. This place was more like a $20 a night hostel than a hotel. Hotel Hell needs to come and do a show here. Dated, Dirty, Unpleasant. Rude, unapologetic staff. Couldn't tell if only one frazzled angry woman worked there. Check in was an hour later than stated and room was still dirty. Bathroom was infested with ants. I took a video when I noticed the floor was moving. Cobwebs and spiderwebs on all the furniture. Actual big spider on a web hanging out on the room service table, which is weird because I don't recall them having room service. Didn't want the shower curtain to touch me. Window view was a lot strewn with trash. Only 1/8th of a roll of toilet paper was left for us with no extra rolls and like 3 tissues in the dispenser, which we found out woefully too late. No coffee in room. Coffee available in the lobby was horrible. Cigarette burns everywhere on the carpet- fine but don't call it a no smoking room. Musty smell everywhere. Uncomfortable mattress. Could feel every coil. Paid $137 for the room and this was literally the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Funniest part was a giant iron burn on the carpet but yet no iron or board in the room. Still feel itchy from the ants.

The sheetswere not clean, and there was still hair from other guests in theshower....not to mention the a/c unit not working and mold mildewstains everywhere. Definitely not worth the money we spent even thoughit was cheaper than most places on the cape.

Review 13：Very poor accommodations for the money. This is not a $200 room, or hotel. If anything it's worth $79.00. Lights and phone did not work. No refrigerator, stained bed spread. when I talked to the manager, all I got was an apology, or compensation. I would not recommend this hotel, or stay here again.

Review 15：We dealt with three different people at the front desk, two with serious attitudes. Sheila was the scariest. She told my grown children (who had rooms of their own) that they couldn't stay all 4 or 5 nights because they needed the room for someone else. When they showed their online booking confirmations, she said booking online doesn't work. The pool was dirty looking. Our rooms were only cleaned every other day (towels do not dry overnight there). The hotel has a musty/smoky odor. The shower heads put out very little water in hard painful streams. They placed the requested coffee pot in the room, but there was no outlet to plug it into. There was a clock in the room with the same issue. The two available outlets had lamps or the TV plugged into them. There was no ice available, but we had an ice bucket. They had coffee in the lobby in the morning, but no breakfast as advertised. I could go on.

Review 17：Room ordered online unavailable. After a 500 miles day on a motorcycle we had to wait 20 minutes for somebody to check us in (at 9 pm!). Staff was busy relocating another customer for the 3rd time). Then another 40+ minutes for check in which took us through 4 rooms - all uncleaned - one of which was occupied! We ended up with a double bed instead of the king we ordered and paid for and the door did not have a safety lock. When we complained we were told we can go elsewhere (we tried but could not find another place so late at night). I will file a formal complaint with the BBB and booking.com
Review 18：air conditioned did not work, there were no towels in the room, had to change rooms , poor bathroom facilities, no exhaust or air, this place needs remodeling
Review 19：Air conditioner did not work well. Wifi not good in room (maybe better in common areas). Fitted sheet would not stay on bed. Shower curtain would not stay in place, blew up against you (never had that happen before). Supplies in bathroom very poor quality.
Review 20：Leaving. The location was convenient for our purposes and was close to amenities (99 Restaurant and Dunkin Donuts). Otherwise not much good to say.
Review 21：The only ice machine was at the other end of the hall from my room. It was quite a distance. Just a minor inconvenience.
Review 22：The location was good. It was close enough to the center of town without having to deal with the crowds in town. It was my first time to Cape Cod. Pleasant experience. I would stay there again if I was going to Falmouth.

I had a overnite bag and needed to leave it at the front desk for a couple of hrs and I was told I couldn't but on the phone I was told I could ,another problem I was told I didn't have a rm that was cleared up I will never stay there again waste of money !
Review 26：Not having a coffee maker in the room was a problem for me, I don't like having to get dressed and to go out before I can have a cup of coffee. Bed was very hard

Review 38：The location was great! Everything you needed, CVS, Bank of America, 7-11, Stop&Shop, Papa Ginos local restaurants and pubs! Convenient location if driving to Wood Hole to go to Martha's Vineyard (8-15 mins driving depending on the parking lot you park at).
Review 39：Reserved a King room, got 2 double beds. They made you pay before they gave you the key, so they had already had your payment secured. There was a wad of already chewed gum in full view under the cabinet and pubic hairs leftover from the previous occupant on the bathroom floor.

Review 51：i HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE SO IT WAS DISAPPOINTING TO NOT KNOW THE RESTARAUNT WAS NO LONGER OPERATING THE LOUNGE WAS GONE. The pool area was very sad. No lounge chairs and you needed to get staff to unlock the door to use the pool . The sauna was dismantled. the fans to cool the pool area where not operational. I always told everyone I knew how great a place it was to stay. So I was very dissapointed with my stay and I will not be returning there

Review 53：OK folks, it aint the Taj Mahal,but if you want a decent place to hang your hat in the center of Falmouth for a good price this is it. The indoor heated swimming pool was huge so bring your suits. Chris at the desk was superb - let us check in early because the room was ready.
Review 54：Fire alarm went off at 11pm, but there were no instructions from front desk--ever. I called, they didn't know what was happening either. Got dressed, prepared to leave and waited for directions. Alarm stopped after about 20 minutes. Next day no explanation either. Bed was terrible.

Review 57：It was a very outdated, dingy hotel. The air conditioning did not work and we roasted all night long. We had already stayed at another hotel in the area for the same amount and received breakfast, it was spotless, and the service was excellent.

Review 64：Took 35 minutes to check in because staff could not locate the reservation, finally did, but took 35 minutes. Room was wornout. Bed was springy, towels were clean, but about as rough as 80 grit sand-paper. Stayed here a year ago, then I thught they were going to be doing an upgrade as I saw some work going on. So I gave it another try. I was wrong, no upgrades. Rate was reasonable for the area, though I thought high for this hotel.

Review 79：Condition of hotel, no phone in room, restaurant/bar closed, drug paraphernalia in parking lot, homeless drug addicts roaming the hallways, our children were afraid to go to sleep due to sketchy homeless people living there, not enough towels in room. I could go on and on and on but I think you get the idea! We have been staying here every summer for the last five years and this will be the last time. Unfortunately, the management have surrendered the hotel to the homeless and drug addicts to get money from the state. It's too bad but good luck to all of them!

Review 86：The outside is shabby. The parking lot blacktop had tumbleweed. All the entrance doors were wide open and ours had a beautiful bird lying dead by it. We still went up a dreary flight of stairs to our room. we quickly saw we could never stay here. the window seals had broken and you could barely see through them. There was a musty smell,the room was gloomy, dark and depressing.

Review 92：There was a random shoe and old food container under one of the beds. I assume these things were left behindby someone who had rented the room prior to our visit. This was very unnerving considering the shoe was on at the edge of the and east to see with a little effort. It made me wondering where else the staff slacked while cleaning. Also, the room keys deactivation if you put them against your cell phone, credit cards, keys or anything else they come in contact with. I ended up getting 5 replacement keys which was incredibly frustrating.

I paid $219 for 1 nite for my little sister and i for 4th of July. For that amount of money i just expect a little more. All in all ok i guess.
