Review 1：the cleaner lady was really rude and bad, the apartment left without cleaning as long as we stayed there. The wifi wasn't working inside the flat.

Review 3：the toilet seat is in the shower, when you have a shower you have to be careful to not to bump it. no floor towels on the bathroom floor.

Review 5：everything was nice and clean. prices are very good compared to the other hotels in the area. the staff are nice and friendly. the hotel is really close to the metrobus station. it's really quiet and relaxing. i really enjoyed staying in it.

It has a huge TV screen The kitchen is large with nice dining table, there is stove, kettle, microwave, fridge.... etc I like the staff very much, the owner and the syrian guy who work at night. They are very friendly and helpful. In total; I liked the place and I recommend it for travellers.

Review 11：When we got to the hotel, we saw that, while we had booked twin beds, they had given us a room with double bed. After we showed them the booking voucher, they gave us another twin-beds room, but not clean. Receptionist tried his best to clean it, but, we saw great deals of dust and hairs in our pillows. But this wasn't the worst... We went out for a two or three-hour walk. We locked the room and took the key with us. But when we returned, my laptop was missing and there was nobody at the reception, although the hotel said that it is open in a 24-hour basis. The door was not breached and the rest of our things remained intact. This means that, whoever got in our room, knew what we had. He didn't break the door and went in only to stole the laptop.The hotel had a closed-circuit camera system, but when i asked the hotel manager, he told me he hadn't seen anything in it. I really haven't figured out what happened, but certainly I wouldn't advise anyone to stay in this hotel!

Review 12：The hotel is not really closes to the airport, our cab didn't find the place and we have to ask to people in the street to find it while it was 3 am. The room was not clean and the shower is above the toilet... What an horrible place! We have been to the hotel, have done the check in but in the morning at 9 am there was nobody at the réception to do the check out, so we had to let the keys, the owner of the bakery of the street told us the employee was sleeping and we had to wait 2 hours if we would like to see him!!! 2 days later we had received an email from booking explaining that the hotel had noticed them that we have never been to the hotel! Overmore they wanted us to pay twice for the room whereas we had already pay the room twice on booking Because of a "mistake"... They never pay us back the second room we have never booked!!! We definitely don't recommand this hotel!

Review 22：Hotel was providing very well apart comfort with a large bedroom, a useful kitchen and a functional living room. Whole flat was pretty clean and the staff was very helpful and responsive to the customer's needs. Location of the hotel is quite suitable for using public transport. I am totally satisfied with this comfort with a reasonable price, and will definitely consider it in my future trips.
