Review 1：Poor food quality of breakfast. Limited choices for Vegans. Non smoking rooms but smoking guests were allowed to smoke right outside non smoking rooms which is hypocrisy.

Review 3：The front desk staff could be more courteous. During the morning of checkout (Dec. 26) I called down to front desk to ask for a noon check out. I didn't think it would be a problem since most times if you ask, it's granted with no problem. Well the lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude sighed and said she guess that was okay and hung up. I didn't think that was very professional and customer service friendly.

Review 4：My overall stay was good. This is my second stay at this hotel. The property is always neat and clean. My room was great and clean and the bed is so comfy.

Review 5：No tv. Called the front desk. No attempt to fix or relocate. Asked for a rate adjustment at checkout and was told they would forward my complaint to booking.com for the rate adjustment. Still no contact

Review 9：The only downside was the breakfast. The sausage was terrible and the sausage gravy was thin and tasteless. But, at this price, it was better than nothing.

Review 10：The only real bad thing really was after we paid $10 for a return trip to Graceland run by the hotel after we rang them up to pick us up after our trip round they didn't turn up so we ended up getting a direct cab which we had to pay down to Beale street,we waited for at least half an hour before we got the cab and when we told the hotel the next morning they said he had turn up but later on! well we waited for more than half an hour so how long was we going to wait? they didn't seem that bothered or offer to pay anything back.

Review 11：Nice big rooms with very comfy beds in a pretty good location not too far from Graceland but not a lot around to walk to.

We called the hotel and request a shuttle, the pick up was prompt. Same with the Shuttle to the airport the next morning at 5 am, drive was prompt. Really Happy with Service

Review 39：Check-in was slow because there was only one person working behind the counter. Note that I didn't say there was only one person behind the counter, but only one WORKING. The coffee ran out at breakfast before we got caffeinated, so we were stuck with the decaf. Someone reported this to the manager, but he didn't brew a fresh pot.

If you wish to stay here request a room pool side. Also the planes must change the flight plan because at 3am for about half hour aircraft noise plus!

Never spoke to u wen we spoke to him, we wer sat round the pool at the start of our 2nd week and he covered it up and closed it, this was in 80 degree heat.
