Review 1：The pool is small and in an odd location when you walk in. They should consider either redoing the pool area or closing it to use for something else because it really isn't useful the way it is. They should also out blinds up around the pool so the people in the lobby and parking lot can't look in. Very odd.

Review 14：Nice hotel with friendly staff, good for a night's stopover. Close to the airport, for those wanting that convenience. there were a few restaurants nearby but mainly fast food. We wouldn't recommend the nearby Applebee's though.

Review 23：The hotel airport shuttle stopped running at 11 pm. Unfortunately our flight was delayed, we arrived at 11:30. The hotel staff requested a taxi, but it never arrived. After several other hotel shuttles came by more than once and the airport was almost vacant, a driver of a private car service checked to see if we need a ride, which we did, at 12:15.

Review 77：Ihad booked this hotel for my grandaughter and her grandfatherspecificaly for the pool, which was closed for maintenance when teyarrived. My 8 year old grandaugter was coming to see her mother who isin a facility in Blacksburg with a brain injury. The pool was ahighlight of the visit. Because of activities in the Blacksburg area,this was the closest available hotel with a pool. It was verydisappointing. Other amenities were not that great and I had to pay apremium price. It was also noisy with children running up and down thehalls late at night. I would not reccomend this facility to others.

The room showed opne on their computer. They gave me another room and every day I had to go back to get my key redone so I could get in my room. They didn't set up key for all nights.
