Review 1：This was a very nice motel. I hadn't stayed in a motel in many many years and I was pleasantly surprised. It's in a great location especially if you're planning to go to Martha's Vineyard. Carla was very helpful when we checked in, she gave us a lot of info of the surrounding area.
Review 2：A lovely little motel. When you check in, you are meeting the owners, the husband checked us in and the wife said hi from their living room. The room was spotless and the beds could not have been more comfortable. I will stay in this motel next time we are on the Cape.
Review 3：I had a question about local urgent care for our baby but the staff's response was not helpful, seemed like they didn't care much about what I asked.
Review 4：Location is great, very near the ferry station (we walked there with small kids). Hotel is clean, and basic but met our needs. You can also leave your car there for free.
Review 5：Air conditioner was a bit musty smelling. We just ended up opening window. Bed was a bit sunken in middle, but still comfortable overall.

Review 22：The staff was extremely friendly. We stayed at two other "highend" hotels during our vacation, and the staff at the Mariner werefar better than anywhere else. They upgraded us to a larger room withoutany issues. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroomshower was nice. The room was quiet.

Review 27：Clean, bright, simple rooms. Awesome retro bathroom tiling, at least in unit 23. Really nice folks in the office—super accommodating to our fussy, traffic-dependent travel schedule. Centrally located for easy access to the great food in Falmouth. (My travel companion highly recommends the Irish breakfast burger at Liam Maguire's Pub. I prefer the Chinese from Peking Palace. Hooray for take-out! Breakfast at Parkside is a must.)
Review 28：The warm welcome we received on arrival from Tammy who was most helpful in explaining points of interest in Falmouth and the surrounding towns. The Mariner is an older style motel but was spacious, well maintained and very clean. The bed linen was fresh. Tea and coffee was available in the reception area. Perfect location with good restaurants and shops all within walking distance. We were disappointed that we only had a two night stay there. I would certainly recommend it to any one travelling in the Cape Cod/Falmouth region. Special thanks to Tammy.

Review 31：This is a small family run motel with a very personable staff. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower which was an unexpected plus. We loved to be able to walk downtown to restaurants and shops. The beach was less than a mile's walk away - worth it to go to.

The swimming pool out back had the clearest water I have ever seen, and it was heated. We are so glad we chose this motel, and would recommend it to anybody in a heartbeat.

Review 55：This is not our first visit at the Cape Cod during the summer time, but this motel has a VERY HIGH PRICE for the room with very basic amenities. The price need to be half or even less (fair price needs to be around $70/night). No breakfast, you will need to search places to find the breakfast, because in that area there is not many GOOD restaurants/café. All the furniture very old, no space in the bathroom to put/hang things.
