Review 4：Friendly and cozy environment. I practically feelt at home with friends. Ali, Tahsin, Halil Ibo and Suleyman were friends rather than workers. They helped in every aspect. Free hot drinks 24/7.

Review 5：Clean and comfy bed. Although it is located near a main road, our room was quiet enough for even light sleeper like me. Great price. We only needed a place to sleep a few hours before a long flight. Only 10 min drive to the airport around 3:00AM. Spacious room. Polite staff.

Review 6：The room smells cigarette, and staff don't give wifi unless you ask. The wifi not always work. The worse thing was my sister and her husband came to see me at 5:30 in the morning cause there flight was arrived 1:30 earlier, the hotel owner was angry cause he thought I booked single room and we going to live for 3!!( it's morning already!) and he gave us option they either leave in 15 minutes or pay for another room, and we choose the second. The staff of hotel he pretended he can't understand what I said in English, but he can speak English very well when we didn't have problem.

Review 9：Price .....Now lets get this straight!!! if you want a cheap stay hotel ....Clean bed and a hot shower this is the place for you! The room was modern and clean...you can get free Tea ,Coffee or cordial soft drink 24/7.

Review 10：The staff didnt allow any visitors and didnt speak english. Almost thewhole city doesnt speak english it seems. Beware make sure you canunderstand turkish before coming to Istanbul.

The telephone was not working so I had to go downstairs to ask for anything and we told them it's not working they said "we will send someone to fix it" and they never did. I had a wallpaper ordered and sent to me at the hotel by my name, they never told me that I have sthg delivered for me! I had to check with the shop and knew it was delivered and when I asked the reception they said Sorry we forgot!!!! This is a boutique not hotel. They claim that they have airport shuttle service, so when I arrived they kept looking for a public service and they told me it will cost you 70 Euros!! And it's better to take 2 taxi-s instead, will be cheaper!!!!!!! I had to go online look for a shuttle service 5 hours just before my flight to get any transfer where I found a company with 30 Euros!! That was very disappointing. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE

Review 52：At first I was grossly shocked by compliments that turned out to be sexual passes by a young boy... Not cool! The bathrooms are overlooked when cleaning so it's not so clean. The internet is really slow and then of cause the language limitation. They don't speak English

Review 53：It was comfy and clean. Although you'll have to ask them to clean. I totaling was relax cos I flew in sick. The bed is fantastic and the sheets were absolutely clean. Small rooms to well laid out and appropriately furnished. Then there's this great guy...I think he's the owner. Really friendly and mindful of your needs. He's a good person. Loved it!

Review 58：Quite a distance out from the old city and not particularly easy - as a non-resident - to find. Having said that, I would choose to stay here again because it is well serviced by public transport.

Review 60：I have no clue how this hotel gets high ratings. Our room smelled of musty water and our shower did not drain at all. The water was still in the shower in the morning! The walls are paper thin and the hallway noise was awful. Dishes and cups at breakfast were all dirty with food stuck to them. Disgusting. To top it off, when we left, we exchanged Euro for Dollar to pay for a cab and we were given a fake 50 TL bill. The front desk clerk looked twice at it and rubbed it before giving it to us, so I should have been suspicious. The taxi driver flagged us down and refused to take it at the airport. After calling the hotel, they said the driver could come back and deal with them. That was unfair for the taxi driver we think. Don't let the photos online fool you...they are heavily staged with flowers and tea in the room. There is NO airport shuttle. We had to call a cab. It is NOT sound proof at all!!!!

As others have always mentıoned, thıs hotel ıs quıte near the aırport whıch ıs served by metro from Şırınevler ınterchange from the bus that runs from about 200 metres from Hotel Incı.

I met 4 members of the personnel, including the owner, and could not imagine that in such a huge city like Istanbul I could feel so much at home right away. Everyone, especially the young guy, the spitting image of Harry Potter, treated me like a close family member. Review 80：First of all this hotel is brand new, so all furnitures and rooms smell new and are very clean. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have air conditionnig. The personnel speaks english and are very helpfull, always ready to respond to your questions and give you the best advices. Also the location, is very good especially for Tuyap fair center visitors. You only have to walk 500m to the bus station, which is 10-15mn to Tuyap. A big commercial center is also close to the hotel, with all sort of stores and nice convivial cafes. Finally, i visited istanbul many times, and found that this hotel has the best price/quality ratio ever.
