Review 1：we didn't have a bad experience. wish there was a kids zone. we had a babysitter with us and wish there was an arcade for the kids.

Review 2：We were there for a family reunion. my husband and I are in our 40s and we travel to other casinos in New England. this was a great casino. friendly staff. very clean. had lots of fun. great prices on hotel, food and drink.

Review 3：I appreciated having a fridge upon request in the room, but was shocked I had to pay $4 for a corkscrew because I forgot mine. I only used it for 3 seconds! Couldn't you have one available to lend? Seems un-necessary to charge for that item.

Review 12：This is a great place to stay if you're going there for the casino and the harness races it's right next to both places it's also close to a couple of pubs pot but if you are expecting any type of lingerie luxury like room service or on nice restaurant for breakfast or anything you're not going to get it not here also the parking garage was very inconvenient and very filthy

Review 18：Overnight stay on our way to New Brunswick. Quite a surprise to find such a beautiful Hotel. The Bed was amazing. The staff were pleasant to deal with. The on site Casino was quite a bit of fun too.

Review 21：Only bad thing was the A/C. When we entered our room, it was freezing cold. Tried to change temp setting at thermostat, but no response. Called desk and asked for advice. That didn't work. A helpful employee we saw in the elevator jumped right in and called the proper person to get the temperature changed to our liking. It shouldn't be that hard. Bad design of A/C system.

Review 57：We went during a concert so they jacked the prices way up. Check in was at three and we arrived around fourish. I had two rooms booked and one of them wasn't even ready. Asked if we could have a discount since our room was not ready and the staff were pretty rude and told us that they could pretty much sell our room to someone on the street if we didn't want it. Staff were not dressed professional and they did not behave in a professional way, and when you are paying over two hundred dollars for a one night stay it is kind of expected that the staff will be kind and professional. When we got the receipts for our room, one of them ended up being twenty dollars more than the other even though both rooms are identical and I was told online when I booked that both would be the same. Again, had to go and talk to the unfriendly staff at the desk about this and have them put the twenty dollars back on the credit card. Overall for the amount of money we paid, it was not worth it. Perhaps we would have a better time on a weekend when the prices were not jacked way up.

Other patrons were agitated and vocal. Not a positive experience for anyone. With more training and better work station manning things may be improved
