Review 1：It was difficult to find the check-in for vacation rentals...the address provided in our email was incorrect. The hot tub was also very small and a little outdated.

Review 2：Friendly staff, great location with public transport, the place was very clean, most of the amenities either met or exceeded our standards

Review 3：Location a small drawback. We had a unit all the way on the back. Hard to access the shuttle to the mountain without driving.

Review 5：There was a fireplace in the lounge but no way to switch it on so the bedrooms were really, really hot but the main room was cold. We'd seen the photos and booked the flat thinking we'd have a fire to sit in front of but were sadly disappointed.

Review 6：The location is good for Mammoth Lakes and the surrounding area. There isn't a shop or cafe nearby but the town is only 10 minutes drive away and has some really nice cafes and restaurants (and a big supermarket).

Review 12：The bed in the master bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable. We lost some sleep as a result. The tiled flight of stairs to get up to the main floor was difficult.

Review 13：I liked the full kitchen with all the supplies needed to cook and prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner. We liked how we were able to watch TV, Netflix and internet shows.

Review 15：Fantastic location just outside the centre of Mammoth Lakes, and everything was provided for in the condo. The operator looks after any needs you have and the condo itself is themed to the area, really adding to the experience. The condo is a perfect launching pad for any activities in the area.

Review 16：The staff was not very helpful. We checked in early and the cabin was ready and that was so helpful since we drove 6 hours from San Diego. When we checked in we asked for advice on local activities, the attendant may have not been from the area because she had no suggestions. She also never checked my ID which was very surprising and never explained where the gym or pool facilities were. When booking there were many other options for cabins (less expensive) but we chose this because it was a "resort". The offices close at 5 everyday and after that could not call for extra towels or toilet paper, so we had to run out and buy our own. We paid extra to have a "resort" feel but snowcreek fell short of that. I probably wouldn't stay here again and stick to a regular cabin. Since this was just regular at a higher price.

Review 17：We were a family of 8 so the cabin was a perfect size. We stayed home and cooked every night so having the house and kitchen equipped with everything was great. Location was also great as we did a few things local and drove to Yosemite which was only 45 minutes away. The pictures did not lie and the room was exactly what we had hoped for. Everything in the cabin worked and it was very clean. I was also very happy with the washer and dryer since we are a big family I was glad to get some washing done before we head back home.

Review 24：An employee of the resort told us we needed vouchers to use ithe pool and other facilities at the resort. We didn't have any so we didn't use them. Turned out we didn't need vouchers but we didn't find that out until we turned our key in. That was very disappointing considering how much money we spent.

Review 26：Check-in/Check-Out were very easy. Great location in Mammoth. Wonderful facilities, and the place was very comfortable. Only complaint is that the bed was not the most comfortable.

Review 27：for the swimming pool we had to drive. it's not just a walk distance and it made it less accessible. also the close time was not late so we could not enjoy it after a day hike or other activities. no breakfast offered and this is also something that was missing.

Review 28：the apartment was really nice! the kids really enjoyed it and we had the king size bad and a huge room which was really nice. the Jacuzzi was just down the road and was also nice, we enjoyed it every day and it's open till late at night which was fun.

Review 30：We reached at 2am and they had saved our key in a lockbox and texted me the combination so we could get in to our place. We were 6 adults (18+) and one 10month old baby. It was a 2bedroom apt, 1 king room, 1 queen room, and 1 sofabed in the living room. Worked out for us perfectly. It was really nice, washer/dryer included. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. There was a bbq place. This was a last minute booking just for one night, and we only wished we could've stayed longer!!

Review 33：Our unit had a washer/dryer, but the dryer did not work properly, as the dryer provided no heat. We had to take our wet laundry to the local laundromat. The kitchen stove needs an upgrade, as the burners were lopsided and didn't heat evenly.

Review 35：Finding the place at night was a real nighmare, the property is not properly dientified from the outside, procedures to obtain entrance to the property were not clearly stated, lost three hours finding out location, no after hour information on how to procure access to keys and latter to property, this need to be improved, no telephone service after regular working hours. Other than this inconvenience the facilities were a very good value

Review 49：Floors creaked wherever you stepped, going to bathroom at night woke everyone in unit. Stove one burner out. Pots and pans and kitchen supplies minimal. No Blue Ray DVD player and old TV with DVD/VHS setup in one bedroom, no TV in other. Upstairs neighbors floors creaked as bad as ours and woke you if they got up at night, plumbing very loud so woke up in toilet flushed upstairs or shower turned on. unit was small and felt cramped with 2 adults and 2 kids.

Review 52：It was a surprise for us to find out that we had a seperate house with all the utilities including the kitchen, fireplace and a garden. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and cosy. We have stayed for one night but could stay even for a week. Very peaceful place close to the center, restaurants and supermarket.

Review 78：Although I mentioned in my reservation "late arrival" no one told us in advance that the reception is closing at 5pm. There was no sign on the road how to get to the reception. It took us 40 minutes to find the reception. many places had the sign Snowcreek resort but with no mentioning for reception) It was close and only after calling the hotel tel. No. We got a massage with tel. No. Of manager on duty who explained us how to get our keys and directions to our apartment as the property is really big and spread. It is not a good feeling when arriving to unknown place for the first time for short stay and no one is welcoming you. It was not mentioned in booking.com that the reception is close after 5pm. Lucky we didnt need any other service as there was no one to help.

Review 80：Location was very convenient and in a beautiful area. Could easily get to food, shops, attractions, lakes, etc. Place itself was clean and great for 2 adults and 2 teens.

Review 81：The bed and pillows in unit 879 were terrible. The quality of the mattress was sub standard and the pillows were ridiculous. They seemed to be 20 years old and very used. The twin beds were small twins and by no means a standard twin. The jacuzzi by the unit was always dirty with bugs and hair floating. Some days the temperature of he water was less than bath water. For travelers hiking and fishing all day, not being able to use the jacuzzi or get a decent night sleep was very disappointing.

Highway 120 (Tioga Pass) typically closes from late October until late May. When the Tioga Road is closed, it is not possible to drive to Tuolumne Meadows or enter Yosemite National Park from the east. All other park entrances, including those along Highway 120 from the west, Hetch Hetchy, Highway 140, and Highway 41, remain open all year.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
