Review 1：The breakfast area is too small causing a lot of congestion. There was only one attendant who was constantly running around dishing out the oatmeal and restocking items.

Review 2：I booked a no-smoking room, but it is not. I complained to the desk. The lady sprayed the room with a fresh spray can. Also, they charged from my credit card twice, I called them two times. The second time call they told me that they made a note about it at the first time call, but nobody did anything. It was total 10 days to correct.

Review 3：One of the reception staff was a sour-puss. Printing was said to be available but when I asked to use the printer it was not working; no problem with this - stuff happens - but the receptionist could not have cared less. Her 'apology' had not a trace of sincerity.

Review 4：Very well-appointed hotel with far more facilities than we would ever need. Spotlessly clean. Good wifi. Most of the reception staff friendly and helpful, cleaning and janitorial staff also very nice.

Review 5：The only thing, and this is a very minor point, is the parking lot. It is rather cramped for space due to the placement of the pool. Not a big deal, though!

Review 6：This has become our favorite place to stay in Kingman, and we come through here quite a bit. The staff is great. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have good lighting. The continental breakfast is excellent!

Review 7：This was a holiday for our Golden Wedding Anniversary and it was great to find a hotel with such attention and eagerness to please. We would certainly use the Best Western PLUS again now that we know what to look for. Waking up in the morning refreshed and ready for the day was due to the good mattress I am sure. Many thanks to the staff at Kingman, AZ.

Review 8：The Wayfarer is our favorite B.W. of them all and we've stayed in many. Our 2 standard poodles remember the layout and know exactly where "to go" when we get there. And, thanks for the wonderful breakfast, just the best.

Review 9：The bed was a little uncomfortable but we sleep on a temperpedic at home so that was most likely the issue.

Review 10：All of the staff members were extremely pleasant. We were extremely tired after a long drive and they were able to accommodate an early check in. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool area was well kept and the breakfast was fantastic!!

Review 11：Im not sure if this was just our room but the window didn't have a second curtain. So when u wanted to open the curtains in the morning to get some light the whole room was completely exposed if anyone passed by it. I feel that the bathroom needed to be updated. The shower was very narrow but otherwise it was a decent place to stay, nothing fancy but decent.

Review 16：There were hundreds of ants floating in the spa. Been here many times and this was the first time I seen this. Not a deal breaker but just a comment.

Review 19：The rooms had nice layout and beds super comfortable with nice linens. Breakfast was wonderful - huge variety of items to choose. Although some renovations were taking place outside room, I inquired of workers as to how long they would be spraying paint (concerned about overspray on car), and worker said they would be quitting shortly. Sure enough, they cleaned up quickly and no more worries - very nice about my concern. Beautiful lobby/breakfast room.

Review 22：I have stayed at various best westerns during my fly drives and road trips around America, The staff are always friendly and welcoming, rooms always clean and comfortable. I will spend more nights in theses hotels in the future.

Review 23：Staff was not interested to help guests. This area does not observe daylight saving and clock differences locked us out of laundry room by 10 minutes. The front desk staff completely not interested to help although we were the only guests asking for support. I wish we had stayed elsewhere since they are so many other hotels on that street.

Review 28：Quiet room (upstairs), comfortable bed. Huge room, well maintained. Nice clean bathroom with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Efficient and friendly check in staff. Big breakfast with plenty of variety, although quality not great. There were not any surprise fees or charges, other than the laundry available on site (which is fair pay as you go).

Review 33：Easily the nicest, most comfortable Best Western we've experienced. We arrived late, got a recommendation for a place to get a good meal (Oyster's, right across the street, excellent) and the room was very comfy.
