Review 2：Kind staffs, perfect access to the center of Pattaya by Burgy service. I also experienced some menus on Room service and it was so delicious and fantabulous! It was def the best hotel I've ever been!

Review 4：The view from the room is very beautiful. Most of the indoor facilities have high ceiling. The breakfast buffet offer variety of food and definitely a very nice location.

Review 5：Hard floors in room and no carpet. Also no slippers, just used flip flops toilet paper holder kept falling apart and no bidet in toilet. shuttle would only take you to main street where you have to cross dangerous intersection to catch a cab into town. Restaurant has outside dining but mosquitos and sand fleas were so bad we had to move inside. The staff knew about it and offered us bug spray after the fact but we had already been bitten and are still paying the price. The desk would not exchange money like other hotels so I had to use their ATM and pay through the nose, They could have charged my room and given cash as a service.

Review 9：The staff at check-in counter are not helpful and even not able to comfort their visitors when they failed to offer assistance! Limited facilities when it named as a resort!

Review 13：If you have the owner's business in hotel, you shouldn't let guess check in the hotel. Because it's crowdy, not comfy, and the swimming pool was closed because use for wedding ceremony. We can't walkaround the hotel because the wedding .. A thousand of well-dress were walk everywhere in the hotel. No privacy at all !!!

Review 15：Mosaics in swimming pool cracked and hurt my kids and many people bleeding and staff just pretend to realise that it was first time happen ever which many falling cracked around under the plants around but no action or any gesture after that

Review 17：there is a little bit smell in the room, i guess is from the air-con or the drain? i don't know, but the housekeeping staff is very nice to have add an air purifier in the room, which was better but still couldn't totally solve the problem, i think the engineering department should do something about this.

Review 18：Thank you the very friendly staff to have upgraded my room to the beachfront room for my honeymoon stay. Very nice and decent room, view and breakfast! The two pools there are excellent and the idea of having a pool till 12:00 mid-night is fantastic. The free shuttle to the dolphin circle is very convenient. I surely will come again and recommend to my frds who visit pattaya.

Review 19：I waiting more the one hour to check in..I reach around 2 something pm..but I waiting until 4 pm...I think your hotel is wasting my time ...I'm very disappointed !

Expensive but worth it as the rest of Pattaya is fun but run down and packed with tourists. Private beach and beautiful pool was worth paying for as other beaches were crammed!

Review 28：The lowest-priced deluxe room was good enough for us. Clean, new, well furnished and came with a great view of the Pattaya sea front from the 21st floor. It would have been perfect if breakfast was included. But you can get 50% off pastries from the lobby bakery after 7pm for next day's breakfast.

Review 121：The beach would not be to some guests liking, although we were not bothered either way. Location is good for a quiet break, but is a fair trek from the busy nightlife, walking street etc. Although individual staff members were the usual epitome of Thai politeness & helpfulness, overall the service was not exceptional for a '5 star' hotel with '5 star' pricing. I also had an issue with a lack of response regarding a special request on the initial booking, left unresolved.

Review 122：I booked the Deluxe for the awesome bathroom with a view. As we were on the 17th floor, we were not disappointed. The room was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good but as should be expected for a £15 a head meal.

Review 123：There is a breakage deposit that has to be paid. You only find out when you get there. All shuttle services mentioned are not free, you have to pay for them.Twin rooms are actually two single beds, if u traveling as a couple and a child you must request for an extra bed at an extra cost.no wi-fi connection in the rooms. We checked in at the hotel at 15:00pm even though we made a request to check in at 11am when booking the hotel.

Review 126：The hotel was great! My wife and I stayed two weeks for our honeymoon. We stayed in the Dara Deluxe room which offered a great view of the ocean. We called ahead about decorating the room to help kick off our honeymoon and they happily obliged. The staff were friendly and courteous. Room service was excellent. They offer happy hour on drinks and they were made right. If we needed help with anything, they were ready and willing to assist us. The saying goes, "you get what you paid for" and we received excellent service. Well worth the money spent. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Review 127：Staff Performance:: 1) cannot handle even simple trouble i.e. a van was parking at the entrance of hotel while I was waiting to drop bag, Bellboy did not even tell that van's driver to move. I had to u-turn my car on that very small space to the parking and bring my bag myself to check-in. 2) staff did not describe about room or service at all. I had to check with operator time by time. I can't believe that THIS IS 5-STAR Hotel's service.

Review 130：The complete hotel is very good, clean, comfortable. We feels all the time well. Rooms have comfortable size, they are very clean and bathroom is like a fairytail.
