Review 3：We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, our room size was great,the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom spotless and nicely fitted. The grounds are very well kept with nice little spots to sit and relax. We found it to be nicely situated for trips into Acadia and surrounds. Most of all, the staff are fabulous, friendly, helpful, smart and humourous. The breakfast was more than adequate and offers a choice of hot and cold. Would definitely stay again.

Review 4：We stayed here for 3 days to see the sights and enjoy Acadia National Park. The hotel is no-frills but very welcoming. The pool is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and spotless. The hotel is close to Bar Harbor. We had a very nice and relaxing stay, and would stop here again.

Review 5：Front desk staff are very helpful with the guests ,make suggestions of activities and are very knowledgeable. Also the continental breakfast is very substantial and clean and very efficiently run.

Review 6：For the money, it was pretty standard. Would've liked some more ammenaties, like a hot tub, fitness center, HBO. Pretty standard. You're definitely paying for the location.

Review 7：The location was excellent, only a few miles from Bar Harbor downtown (which is a spectacular place, by the way). The hotel staff was nice, friendly, super-great with recommendations. The continental breakfast was excellent, and changed daily. They even had gluten free options for bread! The room was clean and generally very quiet (except for our own loud little people ha ha), and the outdoor pool was clean and fun to use. I definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Review 8：The staff were excellent the woman who runs the kitchen carrol made everyone one fell right at home she helped with things to do.I was having trouble with my Wi-Fi and the staff made sure it was working before they went home.

Review 9：I liked the amount of space in the room in general and the fact that the bathroom sink was in a foyer beside the bathroom which made it easier for 4 people to get ready in the morning. I also liked having a fridge and microwave. The lady at breakfast was very friendly and she helped us plan our day at the Park.

Review 10：Bike rentals close by.....beautiful national park. Staff amazing...so helpful suggesting great day trips. Breakfast beautifully done....great assortment of hot and cold dishes. Close to downtown...with great restaurants! Will come back!

Review 12：Staff was very friendly, the room large and the bed incredibly comfortable. Everything was absolutely clean. Breakfast was gorgeous with far more choices than expected (they call it continental, but it's got everything from fresh waffles to omelette and fried sausages). Also the staff in the breakfast room was attentive and very friendly.

The breakfast was one of the best and served in a large room that easily accommodated many guests at once.The staff was very welcoming. The location was perfect for visiting Acadia and Bar Harbor wasn't too far of a drive. I would highly recommend this particular Best Western.

Review 28：The wifi service was in and out for some reason. It would work fine for awhile and then there would be no wifi for awhile. This was a problem for us as there was a daly medical emergency back home and without good cell service wifi was our best way to communicate.

Review 29：The staff was especially friendly, especially the people who worked at the front desk. They were happy to give us suggestions on where to eat and other advice about the area. Also the cleaning staff was especially good. The room was very ocean but they attended to needs without being asked - for instance noticing the Kleenex box was getting low and leaving a new one the next day.

Review 89：Like a lot of American hotels no bar or restaurant within the hotel itself. As there are no eating places within walking distance of the hotel you must be prepared to drive, Bar Harbor is about 10mins minutes away and has a wide range of cafe’s, bars and restaurants.

Review 98：The unplanned additional 20 dollars per day for the cot for our 3rdchild (the hotel believed our 3 children would sleep in the same bed).Apparently most of the us hotels believe 3 kids can sleep in the samebed (like in the famous tale with the 7 boys in the same bed). If youwant an additional cot for your 3rd child, you must always explicitelyask for it, which is not possible though booking.com.
