Review 1：We were in transit and therefore were looking a hotel with low rates, 3 star, and nearby the airport. The hotel is located conviniently for such type of trips. Personnel were friendly

Review 2：Very noisy street. Very far from the city attractions if that is the purpose of your trip.

Review 4：The location was right on the highway which was reasonably convenient for one direction but very difficult for the other. There were not any restaurants within short walking distance and they required a cross of the highway took it there. Also the hotel did not sell alcohol which is a little ridiculous for one that nice.

Review 5：Everything was very modern and clean and worked perfectly. The breakfast was quite good. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were traveling by bicycle and they had a great place in the garage to keep them safely.

Review 6：The room key did not work multiple times so I had to come down to the front desk to have it activated again. The housekeeping staff were not consistent doing their job.

Review 7：The breakfast staff did an excellent job,both in variety of food items and quality. Some front desk staff will go the extra mile to help when u ask for direction.

Review 8：No AC in room until you check in so feels like a furnace for a while... Hallways also have no AC. But front desk controlled the AC as we had to call to turn it on? After that all was good.

Review 10：Arrived at 4.30 pm only to find my room not cleaned from the previous people. The smell and left over food from the previous guests. Had to wait another 40 mins for the room to be cleaned before we could get inside. The breakfast was limited compared to the other restaurants I have stayed in at a similar level.

Review 11：The WiFi was very spotty with poor connection and so I missed an email that my flight was cancelled. Balcony door didn't lock, so we put a table in front of it so kids could not open and jump off balcony. The AC is controlled by front desk and was either way to cold or way too hot and so it was annoying to have to call and adjust it a few times.

Review 12：Staff was very nice and prompt. The room was new, clean and comfortable. No smoke smell. We had a 4th floor family room. Transfer service wasn't cheap, but we got a Mercedes minivan that was clean and prompt. Overall, very nice staff, clean room and was comfortable. Like the fridge full of drinks for the family at 1-3TL each.

Review 13：In spite of a distant location from the centre on Istanbul or Ataturk Airport, you could easily get into this GHA by public transport ... if anybody would explain you how. But even the staff (I met) does not have a clear idea about it. For example they don’t know that you cannot buy a single journey (but only three and more) by metrobus. The next con is smoked-up rooms (the first and substituted one) in my case.

Review 21：Noise from the main road can be heard sometimes at night, but most of the time it was quiet. In the early morning, sound from Mosque can be heard but it is normal in most Islamic countries.

Review 22：Hotel is 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. Located along a main road where metrobus runs. The nearest metrobus station is Tesisler which was closed was during the stay. Hotel staff was helpful in helping transport to airport though not explicitly asked.

Review 25：Breakfast was impersonal and basic, but adequate. Staying here made me realise that a lot of what you pay for when you stay at top end hotels instead, is generous amounts of public space. Here there wasn't much public space, unless you wanted to sit in the restaurant/entrance area.

Review 26：Friendly, professional staff, easy checkin, comfortable room. I stayed for 3 days on a business trip, and was working in my room for much of the time. Wifi was fine. Cafes and corner shops (lots) within 2 min walk, crossing over the bridge towards the sea. Very good price locally for a professional basic stay.

Review 27：i don't like the man staff in the front desk hotel. i want check out from this hotel and i never eat anything in the mini bar in my room but the staff in front desk said i already eat 1 chocolate and 2 can juice. I said i didn't eat anything in the mini bar but he said i eat because i don't want having argue with them so i paid. this is not because the price for chocolate and juice. This is about how the staff talked to me. He didn't trust me. So becareful if you want stay here, you should check first and tell the front desk or receptionist.

Second one it is too far from the airport and downtown, so we spent plenty of money for the taxi to reach our desired destination. Definitely, if you would like to see Topkapi and do shopping, choose another hotel.

Review 33：Hotel is located away from tourist areas, so taxis, are a must, which we soon learned to negotiate after being initially ripped off. To Sultan Ahmet Grand Bazaar, it should not be more than 50-60 Lira. No other facilities at Hotel, bit disappointing, so you are really stuck in your room, if you dont want to go touring, breakfast is disappointing, very limited in variety from day to day, a lot of salty cheese and processed meats, its ok if you just want to have something to eat and are not bothered about what. Hotel room carpet needed a good cleaning it had loads of marks on it, and we all seem to itch at our ankles. There are very few eating places of good stature near the hotel, you would have to go further. Hotel gives you a kettle and teabags, and sugar, in your room but wont give you the milk for the tea, and charged 5 lira (£2.25) for a small glass of milk which we used for our tea. Menu for room service very limited.

Review 34：we liked the bathroom, in our room which we had quadruple beds, we got a balcony view without extra charge but view was of the highway which was a real shame. Staff are very helpful, but only a two spoke English, one with a degree of good understanding, the other very well. Hotel will exchange money, Staff will help with ideas of places of good interest. Hotel can call their own local taxi service which arrives very quickly and they will state the price on your behalf, not letting you get ripped off. Overall we found that for last minute booking,in high tourist season we did get a good price, so in conclusion the good outweighed the small bad.
