Review 1：Spa accommodation was not so good,ambiance and lighting not to relaxing,lights to bright! Some of the waiters working in buffet area need polishing ,they never asked for drinks once you seat down rather talking to each other and not much paying attention to customers ....they have to be trained and explained how to deal with guests and engaged.some of them are very helpfull and eager to assist however not expirance ! Mini bar was way to expensive no sense with available store in same hotel for basic needs!!! Constructive feedback in regards to buffet area,I would suggest to remove table cloths and have it plain wood tables easy to clean and faster to reset tables,remove as we'll chair covers easier to maintain and it would be better looking for the concept of the restaurant !

Review 2：Food was great a lot of options for all meals ,good waiters in lounge bar,receptionist excellent Dusko ,very polite housekeeping staff always greeting guests in public area and keeping in good condition hotel!ski reception person very humble and helpfull informative. Great help from People working in maintaince team amazing ,car couldn't start up due to very cold wheather however we got assistance immediately!!!

Review 9：Only make sure that upfront know how to get with a car to the hotel back door for unloading. But, note, there is a lift which skip the Reception floor (0). So first check-in, then ask for back door/hotel parking, then unload your luggage. At this place (floor -1) is also the Ski-box, where you may put yours.

Review 11：bed is too hard and the pillows are too small. there is hot water but not really hot like you would enjoy after a full day of skiing. WIFI is terrible. they should just turn it off. dont count on free wifi here. nothing works.
