Review 1：Nothing comes to mind. If I was to be picky I would say the coffee in the main lobby isn't kept cold.

Review 3：If you go there in winter (as we did) and want to profit of the interior pool, make sure that you are in the main building.

Review 5：The exercise and pool facilities are in the main building (which we were not) and also the breakfast, so that entailed walking outside in cold windy conditions.

Review 6：The room was clean and ample with a nice view of Frenchman's bay. It was quiet as well. They told us breakfast was continental, but it wasn't, there were hot egg dishes, bacon one day, potato patties the next, as well as the assortment of breads, pastries and cereals. It was great!

Review 7：King size Bed with balcony on Jan 1st and 2nd. The room had a desk chair and living room chair. It would have been nice to have a small couch or another matching chair.for two people . There was plenty of room for either.

Review 8：Found the mattress very hard and the room was too hot till I figured out how to turn off the heat. Breakfast on the second morning was sparce and the gentleman on the second day could not keep up with the number of guests showing up. tables were full and a mess when we showed up fruit bowls and yogurt bowls were empty

Our room was on the top floor as far away from everything as possible. Needed a more room a little less difficult to reach as I have problems with long walks.

Review 33：This hotel is beautiful. We only stayed one night. We stayed out of pure necessity. A member of our party has severe allergies and every place we looked at allowed pets. This hotel does not. Thank goodness. So happy we did stay the view was exceptional and it is very clean.

Review 72：The reservation did not specify that the "villa" was not actually at the site of the resort but several miles away. It was actually a vacant condo. Access to the resort's facilities was inconvenient.

We booked a room with a queen bed and got a room with 2 double beds that defiantly hindered the sleep quality.

Ended up staying and additional night in the same room and our total for two nights was only 219$! Review 128：Internet was slower and less reliable than 3G. Breakfast strived, but failed, to be mediocre in an atmosphere that was more like a basement than a dining room. (There was an outdoors area, but it was full up when we arrived for breakfast.

Review 134：The free Wi-Fi was very slow and spotty. Rooms were not presented all that well. Had a dirty Carpet, one bed had three pillows the other had four even though bothbwere smae size bed. Pillows were very firm and not that comfy to rest on. Bed were extra firm so relaxing for the night was a bit of a struggle. The A/C unit in room was loaded with dust and dirt, you could see it all between the grates, we slide the screen out of curiosity of how it might look, it was very gross. We called front office and complained about it, they said they would send someone up to clean it, they did not come till 10am the next morning to clean, so we did not use the A/C that night. Don't think they really supplied enough towels for a double queen room either. The ceiling fan also only had one speed and figuring out how to turn on/off lights was confusing due to the placement of the switches in room.
