Review 1：Shower and Toilet in room just as partition. Toilet with open gap so Toilet smell..., no anal Shower in Toilet and cheap Toilet Paper. Not enough lights in room, therefore too dark, Weak or almost no Wi-Fi in room No included breakfast

Review 3：There are many shortcomings in room if possible please try to improve it in future. Its not a complaint, its just a suggestion from my side. 1. There is no any moveable chair to sit in room, balcony is good but how can we sit in balcony & enjoy the evening without a chair ? 2. No Remote for Air-con, Everytime we need to go to the air-con switch to adjust the temperature. 3. Bathroom/Toilet, both are covered with glass instead of wall, this makes both the rooms hot in daytime due to direct sunlight falling inside. we cannot use toilet during day since it is very hot. Please install some curtain for both bathroom & toilet. 4. No Cup-boards for keeping stuffs, please provide atleast one. 5. Provide full sized Mirror, the present Mirror is only half sized covered with sink below. With this mirror we can see only our upper body custumes (Shirt/Tops), we cannot check our lower body pant or skirts. Full sized mirror in cup-board should be ok, i guess.

Review 6：Cold atmosphere. No feeling. A balcony that's good. Now No table, No chair, How comes. Just a details between the other one.

Review 8：The front desk staff are unprofessional. Upon arrival front desk staff not warm welcome or say any greeting with the guest until I'm checking out front desk staff no have any eye contact with the guest when I'm returned the key card they just collect the key card only and not say anything just keep me stand alone that I don't know how long that I have to wait. It's mean that your staff don't have service mind. Should do training with your staff and prepare man power during high season.

Review 10：Travelling with a 11 month old baby is never easy, the staff was genuinely helpful and were always ready to accommodate any requests. We used the pool at Zign, they do provide transport to the Zign but its actually walking distance and has much better pool. Breakfast was good and again the staff were happy to help out with our requests. We will probably stay here again.
Review 11：Own transportation is a must. (remote area) The hotel is quite noisy and rooms are poorly furnished. (no desk, no chair, no balcony furniture) There was a bad smell in the toilet. The swimming pool is small and right in front of reception area.

Review 14：Awesome view, and the breakfast also delicious with so much option. Clean, smells good, and I can use the swimming pool at The Zign. The staffs really help me a lot, and they really nice to me. Perfect, gonna come back there again.

Money charged to credit card of person making the reservation despite the fact booking was "book now, pay later" meaning person making the reservation out of pocket THB 20,000 Hotel not responding to email on the topic Booking.com in c.c. of the messages not responding either
Review 26：Didn't love the pool and really didn't want to swim in it because it was right on the ugly Soi/road with pollution from many passing cars. Also it is not located near a public beach. We had to sneak in a different hotel to use their beach.
