Review 8：Small seedy hotel, bad part of town. There was no king room available, we had to take a queen. Misrepresented drastically in the description. Loud party ALL night and we did not feel safe. Described as 8.5, this was a 2 at best.

Review 18：Way over rated, Its an old motel is in a bad neighborhood. The room was not clean and spelled like something dead. I would never stay here again or recommend this motel. This is a one star motel not a three star.

Review 20：This is a family owned business and they take great pride in their establishment. They truly cared and repeatedly asked how was every thing. When they realized we had our 8 year-old son with us (for some reason that didn't show on our reservation) she immediately put us in to larger room. We were allowed to check in a little early. Fridge and microwave in room. Both worked well. Very spacious room. Obviously newly renovated with everything fresh. I will definitely stay here again when in Richmond.

Review 21：would like to have had a blanket on the bed as well as the comforter and top sheet. Our smoke detection kept going off but staff came in to fix it.

Review 23：Getting to the motel for the first time. I was concern as to the area where it is located. As there were a lot of old buildings, industrial looking. However, it turns out to be ok location.
