Renovated in 2012, Apartments Konaci is situated in Kopaonik, next to the ski slopes of Serbia's most prestigious ski resort. The apartment complex is surrounded with shops, restaurants, nightclubs, cafes, discotheque, pastry shops and bookshops. Wellness and fitness facilities are available on site.
Konaci offers apartments with furnishings done in matching colour tones and smooth textures reflecting a Serbian country house décor and style. All studios feature carpeted floors, a fully equipped kitchenette, a desk and cable TV. Private modern bathrooms offer a shower and a bidet.
The Konaci complex features a small square that is the centre of entertainment and night life with a variety of restaurants, cafes, clubs and shops.

Review 1：Breakfast, whirlpool and SPA facilities were not in the building and for additional cost at other location available.

Review 2：Location ok, clean but no 4 Stars Appartment.

Review 3：No facilities included as per website you pay for all and a lot most guests unfriendly no English spoken too much taxes very expensive compared to EU or Canada.

Review 5：- reservation process was tricky: they said they will charge 30% of the price but charged 100%. They charged more by mistake and due to exchange rate RSD-EUR we paid 30 eur more than the agreed price - we had to find compromises to get our money back since cash is not refundable (we ordered some drinks and coffee for the money) - during night the music from a club in the neighbourhood is extremly loud, falling asleep is a problem - staff is not friendly and some of them bearly speak english - location is rated with 4 stars but it bearly is a three star location

Review 7：Heating is very bad, but it is like this for years. The apartment is very small although predicted for 4 persons. It is impossible to use the kitchen or to have at least a breakfast in the apartment because it is too small. May be for two persons is enough but for four it is impossible. For longer stay, it is very uncomfortable.

Review 11：The bedsheets are changed every 7 days (I don't know if this is due to the low season), but the staff changed them nonetheless when we asked. The kitchen appliances are minimal (enough for two people), but no oven. The sink in the bathroom leaked into the living room carpet. The only heating option was an electric radiator.

Review 13：They were informed that we have a Baby & a 4 year old girl still they gave us rooms on the first floor exactly above the restaurant where they have live music from 22:00 till 04:30 !!!

Review 34：Brilliant accommodation option for a group of friends on a skiing trip. The staff were courteous and professional at all times and the rooms were comfortable and well furnished.

Review 35：It's a very noisy place. No acoustic insulation at all. You hear people talking in the neighbor room. We lived not far from the pub and they had rave parties there till 2 a.m., it was awfully loud. In the booklet in our room we found the phrase:"Make a perfect mental and physical balance in pleasant surroundings brand new Wellness & Spa Center at Family Hotel Angella". When we tried to make it :), it turned impossible. For money, without money, just impossible at all.

Review 36：The room itself was pretty good.

Review 37：People use to keep opened their appartment doors and to let children run around. It makes all day nose. Also, since all appartments have cooking equipment, smell of the food is all around. During the night, until 3am there is noise from the Club which is at the ground floor.

Review 38：We changed our triple room for 2-bedroom appartment for quite small extra charge and it was worth of it. However, rooms are fair equiped but no so comfort for 3 persons. Staff was very kind.

Review 39：For 100 EURs bigger fee, I've got the same size suite as inClubA, but:1) no breakfast 2) no pool in the same building 3) 2 nights less 4) ski depo is located in some deep cellar, that is further from the slopes, than apartments door and brand new "funny" thing - 30% of the sum was charged at booking, that's ok but at checkout the've charged 100% + tax no reimbursement of 30% charged earlier so we've got worse service and accomodation than ClubA (too pity they were not on booking this time :(), spent 2 nights less, and payed 200 EUR more Kopaonik is very good place to visit, will definitly be there next season, but definitly another hotel

Review 43：The Konaci apartments are set above various restaurants and shops whichcan mean you endure the smell of cooking in the evening. Not a hugeproblem for us as we were on the 5th floor but it can get quite smoky inthe communal entrance hall. The lift in the building is old and small(only carries 5 persons) this again wasn't too bad for us aswe're were able to walk if it didn't arrive or was busy but lessable guests could find this an annoyance. The resort is very childfriendly and there were lots of small children learning to ski andfamilies mixing together which was nice to see but in the apartments thenoise volume can get rather loud as the parents tended to let the kidsplay in the hallways of an evening and early morning and no soundproofing is going to stop the children screaming with delight! Thehigher floors where we were seemed quieter but our friends were on the3rd floor where there were more families and some times the noise gotout of control. As there is no reception at the apartments (receptionwas at Hotel Angella across the road) guests were left to their owndevices. Again, not a problem for us but could irritate other guests.

Review 44：Mk Resorts own the Kopaonik group of hotels. We stayed at Konaci whichin my opinion is a very good 3 star. The rooms on floors 5&6 arevery small but comfortable where the lower level rooms are much bigger.It's is due to the Eve's in the ceiling on the higher floors. Atfirst I was concerned given the amount of luggage we had packed but oncesettling in the room was cosy and the double bed was very comfortable.We stayed 6 days and had 2 power outages. This wasn't a problem forus as both occurred in the evening and the power was back up in 10-15mins. There is no free spa facility for the Konaci apartments as the spais part of the Hotel Angella and is free for those guests staying therebut you can buy a 7 day pass for the spa which is approx £28 and wellworth it for 2 saunas, a steam room, 2 jacuzzi's and 2 hot stonechairs. Some room options include breakfast, this is well worth it asthere was a large selection of food to suit all appetites which will setyou up for your days skiing. Konaci is not 100% ski up, not incomparison to the Grand hotel but it is approx a 5 -10 min walk to thestart of the pists depending how capable you are in your ski boots! Itwas my first time skiing so at first I was not able to tackle the steeptrack to the slopes but by the end of the holiday I could ski moreeasily to and from the apartments. Overall we had a great stay at theKonaci apartments and would return to Kopaonik but perhaps stay at theAngella which offers a more hotel feel rather than having a smallapartment. I guess it depends what you are looking for in terms ofaccommodation but I would recommend this for a cheaper option.

Review 45：The apartment was small with limited storage for 2 people, but I was asingle occupant so it was fine for me. I needed to be careful not tobash my head on the multiple eaves! The lift only went to the 4th floor& I was on the 5th. I would have struggled to get my case up thelast flight of stairs on my own. Ski & boot storage was a long wayfrom my room. The apartments were advertised with a bidet &hairdryer, neither of which were there. It was advertised as "Nosmoking" but the smell of smoke permeated the whole place.

Review 47：Strongly disliked the fact that apartments were advertised as 'non-smoking' whereby cigarette smoke was everywhere in the building atall times. Coming from Australia it hasn't been easy to accustomto that, I am allergic to cigarette smoke therefore will not be ableto stay there again which is a shame as the ski resort itself is afirst class.

Review 49：Big disappointment: We expected a studio with a large enough room (as a 4-star studio should be!), but it was actually a small and uncomfortable room at the last floor (a garret). The bed very close to the wall, so it was accessible on only one side. Uncomfortable bed, hard mattress. No rules: people making parties after midnight, talking loud and running on the corridors... Very basic cleaning: only garbage was emptied, no vacuum cleaning during the whole week.
