Review 1：The room was amazing, and the motel was in a perfect location. I'll be glad when they are done w/ all the construction work. Oh! And I discovered a new rule: be up before 5 if you want hot water!

Review 6：It was filthy. I woke up with my legs full of flea vutes. I knew there were some type of insects because I was itching the whole night. I showed the manager the next day not because I wanted my money back but because I didn't wanted then to do something about it for the next family. I paid 50 dollars and was refunded 20. So I paid 30 for flea bites...lol!

Review 8：The staff was very welcoming. Perfect stop on our way to Flagstaff from LA. The lack of breakfast didn t bother us as there is a restaurant open from 6am across the car park. Nice swimming pool for the children.

Review 10：I liked that I was refunded $ for 2nd night. There were roosting pigeons above the upper level with feces on the walkway. I arrived late and had to park far away in the back, it was dark.
Review 11：no free wifi 1. step going out of the room, not on main walkway...UNSAFE 2. asked for bottom floor, got 2nd. 3, fell going up the stairs...not set up correctly. Thought I was going to take a step, but it wasn't there. the office staff kind of had an attitude Coffee. had a pod type of coffee pot...Took forever to make a cup with lots of messes, I could have walked across the street to the gas station faster. WILL NOT RETURN

Review 13：We had a nonsmoking room on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor rooms were all smoking with all nonsmoking rooms on the 2nd floor. Consequently, there was a smoke stench in our room.

Review 21：There is a pool that did look clean and there is a Calico diner that is right on the premises which makes it super convenient to get anything to eat. No freeway noise either, staff was nice.
Review 22：Very dirty room with stained up carpeting. The shower walls literally had dried up blue soap suds on them, as well as body hair. It looked as if nobody had bothered to ever clean them in the past two years.

Review 30：Carpet was spotted with some kind of pet stain. Ha requested a single queen and was placed in a double queen which is a waste of space.

Review 33：Close to downtown as we were taking in the Route 66 Festival and most events were within walking distance of the motel. The restaurant at the front was open very early which was a benefit.
Review 34：The Bad: The toilet in the room was an air activated turbo flush toilet with an item stuck in its weir trap. Turbo flush toilets have high pressure flushing. Upon check in the toilet flushed properly. Then what ever was stuck in the toilets trap shifted and the toilet erupted and shot its unsanitary holdings on the person that flushed the toilet. This is common when a toilet has a sanitary napkin stuck in the trap. The toilet has to be pulled to make the repair so for our stay we stepped behind the shower curtain when we flushed the toilet, and reported it when we checked out. The internets inter face was horrible. Every few minutes the connection to the internet would fail. I spent as much time reconnecting to the internet as I spent working with the computer. The Painful: The mattress on the bed was designed by a chiropractor. It had more humps than a herd of camels. My lady woke with a sore back and that manifested into her being cranky.
Review 35：The Good: The location and price excellent, the staff friendly, and the facility was clean. The front desk was nice and removed the charge for the use of the internet, as the internets inter face kept failing. The Calico Restaurants across the parking lot is a great place to dine.

Review 42：We can only speak for room 109, but the bed was comfortable, room very clean, bathroom very clean, everything worked, AC was amazingly cold, facility had quiet surroundings, water pressure was amazing... Oh my gosh I almost forgot the most important thing. Our first impression. We just got parked and walking into the office, pleasantly greeted by an employee walking out from the office. Great big smile. We walked inside, instantly greeted (welcome to motel 6, I will be right with you) even though she was working with another customer. I can't tell you how much that impresses us. And how much we appreciate that.
Review 43：Filthy disgusting carpet in rooms Because of the gross carpet, the whole room smelled like mold Dirty bedspreads and dirty sheets that actually had hair on them from previous visitors I actually slept in my clothes with my own pillow I brought from home. I travel a lot and have never done that before The bathtub was actually black from dirt and the faucet was dirty with hair in the bathtub as well. I would not take a shower here even with my shoes on. I had to travel on to my actual destination 2 hours away (friend's house) and take a shower there

Review 112：The Kingman Motel 6 West is a phenomenal value! Clean, quiet, on the edge of town with low traffic! The pool was great, and the staff was very helpful. They cleaned the room without any problems, and always gave me great service. The AC worked awesome! The restaurant out front has a breakfast buffet on Sunday that is out of this world! I'm a 43 year old, and I'm not cheap, but this was one of the best experiences ever without paying for 4 star hotel service!
