Review 1：Cleaning were not very well. We stayed for 10 days and expected maids to remove the dust from table and shelfs at least once. Unfortunately they didn't. The water in swimming pool is cold, sometimes it seemed to become ice soon :) Wi-fi is offered only downstairs in lobby and near the pools. You can get ethernet cable in your room (100THB deposit). It was not very convinient because everyone had smartphone or tablet.

Review 2：We had two big rooms: one with city view, one witn seaview. Seaview costed more than the city view. The rooms are very comfortable. But we had some issues with the beds. There are 2 beds: single and king size. So we had some troubles with my sister who would get the big one :) The hotel has 2 grand pools. We were lucky because there were a lot of chinese tourists who didn't go to sunbathe(I don't know why). So we have a lot of free sunbeds near the pools. The pool bar offers very good smoothies. The hotel has the seaside beach, but they don't recommend to swim there. As we understood the sea is dirty. You can use free shuttle to go to next hotel if you want to swim in the salt water. Actually it's 5 minutes by walk. And the water is not very good too. You'd better go for the islands from Pattya port. Breakfast is very rich (plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, cakes, meat dishes, local cuisine, etc.). Noone will starve. Even if there were a lot of people the dishes were full of food, no queues. All went to breakfast at 8am, so if we came at 9, there were no more then 10 people inside the big hall. The hotel is located far from the center (30-40 minutes by touk-touk). For us it was great plus, because we were looking for calm and relaxing place. You should be ready to leave 2000THB deposit for each room. We got it back when departed. It's common practice in Thailand so don't be surprised.

Review 7：The staffs at the breakfast place are not nice. 1. They talk over my head, over the table 2. They seem to do not care whether they hit the guest in a walk way and some of them even make fuzzy expressions 3. The room is okay however I peek to see the pillow under pillow case and it is dirty with yellow spots.

Review 13：We liked most of the things but the main point which may discouraged my family to stay again because there were a large group of tourists from India staying all over hotel and they were carrying beer cans all around our floor and some of them were trying to touch my two young teenage daughters in the lifts which upsets us all. the hotel management should not allow these tourists to make loud disturbing noise outside their rooms during 2 am. otherwise these small negative things might turned off other good tourists.

Review 16：We have stayed at Sea View room and the view was amazing. The room was big enough and front office welcome is good. Spa treatment rooms and therapist were okey. The design of the hotel was perfect , big lobby and huge outlets.

Review 17：No Halal / Kosher food, but again, we weren't expecting it either. the beach is a namesake, its polluted and unclean, dont even think of wading swimming, again cant blame that on the Hotel, its the Government's task. The nice hotel's pool makes up for the bad beach. try the smoothies served by the pool.

Review 79：Cleanliness of the room and its balcony. Not separate breakfast area for guests in building A and B so it is too crowded at the restaurant. The hotel receives a lot of tour agencies and it causes the individual guests not receive the attention when check-in. I was trying to have meals at chinese restaurant as well as BBQ buffet at hotel but the hotel also charges for kid at 50% even he is 4 years old. To me, i think it is too expensive to charge.

Review 80：Bedroom is great. King size with small bed is an idea for family with kid. Nice pools but better separate one for building B so we dont need to walk to building A.

Review 81：Was disturbed from 5am by a noisy party in room in close proximity. Was awoken 4 times. Felt kind of crowded in places (around the pool) even the hotel was big. Very few Western tourists.
