Review 4：Even if I have demanded in Booking.com "a quiet room, non smoking," I got first a terrible room with windows direktly and only to the noisy street with traffic hours day&night! Furthermore - everything has been stinking of the cigarette smoke - air, bed, everything. The complaint was necessary.

Review 10：1. The hotel charged my credit card 2 months before our stay although the booking says that we will pay during our stay, it took them 15 days to return the money. 2. The booking says there is safety deposit box and Electric kettle in the room but there were not, and when we asked for them they said they are broken. 2. Comforter had some black spots and they didn't change it during my 10 days stay. 3. Room service staff didn't want to make up our room one day before our check-out claiming that we can manage since we are checking out next day. 4. Only one staff every shift speaks English at the reception. 5. We asked for one double bed, but they gave us room with one double bed and two other single beds, it felt like a hospital. 6. One day they forgot to replenish shampoo, one day the towels, the other water, I had only one day or two with all the stuff replenished. 7. The room is so noisy, traffic noise and the neighbours in the morning were so active. 8. The curtain was useless

Review 12：Everything! Dirty room, hairs all around the bed. The sheets where ok. The bathroom wasn't too bad. The room was not sound proof at all and we had a screaming child on our floor that was screaming all night- not sure what was going on. Another guest did bang on their door twice. We just stayed one night as we where flying out super early. But would not recommend. It is also on the wrong side of the highway to go towards the airport so you have to take the backstreets to get on the right side of the highway. Which is also noisy at night. But it was. Roof over our head.

Review 25：Room was noisy due to being on a main road. Breakfast was very basic and no juice for children. Tea/coffee making facilities were not in the room had to go to the reception area to get drinks from dinning area.

Review 27：We chose this hotel as several of the reviews said it was quiet and cosey when in truth there is a 12 lane motorway just outside the bedroom window and the noise from the constant and very heavy traffic was absolutely horrendous!!! We were moved but the noise was still appalling plus the neighbouring apartment block was within arms reach from the window! The daylight into the room was also blocked by a large post so had to have the lights on during the day it was so dark, there was no tea/coffee making facilities or stocked mini bar in either room, no info booklet, no safety regs displayed on the wall, only 2 coat hangers, the air-con unit was hidden behind the wardrobe and we had to sit sideways on the loo as it was right up against the shower cubicle! All in all the worse hotel room we have ever stayed in and we both believe the existing reviews are fabricated ones!!

The hotel location is fantastic - 15 minutes to Ataturk airport and 3 minutes walk to Metro Bus. Our double room was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and well equipped. They can arrange for a cab to pick you from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport when you are leaving. Average cab fare is 25-30 Turkish Lira. Review 87：i booked one week before 2 rooms and when i arrived they told me if it is a problem to stay in one room?it was a shock.they found a room but it was the most noisy.there are dangerous steps near the reception and in every floor before you enter the rooms.be carefull for accidents.they made me pay with credit card although i arleady paid and then they told me check when you go to your country,if we charged you twice then we will refund the charge.the aircondition didnt work and although i asked for non smoking room there was smoke when i arrived.if you open the window its very noisy even in the less noisy rooms.only instant coffee in breakfast and to make the bread hot you need to go to kitchen to plug the heater.

Review 91：Everything the hotel is amazing and a true value for the money, The staff are awesome Aydin and Ibrahim the manager are ever so helpful, It's directly on a motorway (E5 road) which is lovely to watch at night from the window with a cup of coffee 2 Metrobus stations are few steps away (IBB Sosyal,Sukrubey) so you can go to everywhere without getting stuck in Istanbul traffic,The room is spacious and very clean, the breakfast is always fresh,I couldn't imagine it would of been like that because of some bad experience I've had at nearby hotels, But I would much recommend you to stay at Vizyon hotel if you're seeking a budget friendly,quiet,clean place with the best staff

Review 92：I found the hotel and the room very clean, lot of space in the room. Breakfast is simple and nice. Staff wonderful and help. I asked for late check out @ 2 pm and was granted as my flight at 7 pm. few meters down the side street lot of shopping and food places. top quality and cheap too.

Review 106：First of all my purpose of visit was visit the companies at the cnr and tuyap fair centers which were very close to hotel. It was an amazing feeling to be at Istanbul. I have never been to Istanbul before; therefore, it was an interesting trip for me as well. I like the staff(especially enes). He was really really helpful and positive. He had been helping me since I check-in to the hotel in fact he assisted me to cnr center, we went together to the entrance. I never had experience like that from a staff before. It was kind of him :) Thanks once again. Other than that I really like rooms' view and their big size beds. It was great and pretty much safe for a woman who travels alone.
