Review 1：When needed clean towels from the night staff didn't want to go get any. If check out is at 11:00 a.m. who wants to take the time to get up early to go get towels. Just wanna stay in room and get ready until time to leave. We had to go buy towels. Another thing the water drains really slow in the shower.

Review 3：The bathroom is way too small to even open the door properly. Every thing in the bathroom is cramp together. It's awkful. The sink should be move outside the bathroom so one can use the bathroom, and the others can use the sink to brush teeth at the same time. This is the reason we are not coming back to this hotel.

Review 5：It was close to where I needed to be. It was far enough from downtown, that I did not have to worry about the security of my motorcycle. Staff attempt to be accommodating.

Review 10：I'm sure this was a nice place in the 1970's. We've all seen roadside motels like this. The room was dark and outdated, ugly old furniture, institutional tile in the bathroom, rusty mirror, power outlets that wouldn't even hold the cell phone charger, random extension cord from behind the bed, air conditioning was loud. The corner gas station had business cards for escort services right on the counter. We arrived at 10 pm and had to wake the manager out of bed. He had a sheet wrapped around his waist. You've been warned.

Review 12：if I had read some of the negative reviews, might not have stayed there, but I knew where it was. Central Ave. goes through the heart of town. a lot of old buildings in an old town. Central Ave is not an unsavory part of town as one person wrote. I know the town I grew up in. only thing negative. my bed must not quite as comfortable as my own bed.
Review 13：The location was perfect, close to everything we needed and where we were going. the trip was to have a week with family and go down memory lane. visit old schools, places where we lived. go up on the mountains, again, play tourist again. the staff was friendly and the place very clean. rooms were large. had everything we needed. wifi a little slow, but worked.

Review 16：The owners are rude. On a business trip and got sick. Had a co workerdrop off meds and soup and the owners freaked out about'visitors' and basically accused me of prostitution. I willnever stay here again.
Review 17：CHECK IN WAS A HASSLE. MY BF WAS LISTED ON RESERVATION SO HE COULD CHECK IN SINCE I WOULD BE ARRIVING LATE. HE COULD NOT CHECK IN UNTIL I ARRIVED. THEN GENTLEMAN WAS QUITE RUDE. THEN WE WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE A NO SMOKING ROOM. WE WERE GIVEN A SMOKING ROOM. HAD TO CALL BACK OVER EXPLAIN IT, THEN GO AND EXCHANGE FOR A NON SMOKING ROOM. ALL OF THIS WAS LISTED ON RESERVATION.

Review 20：We were very pleased with our stay at the Kings Inn. The staff was easy to work with and the room was clean and spacious. Our room had a recently upgraded tv as well as a microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. The bathroom had a tub n shower and a hair dryer. Our room also had an iron and ironically g board-and a recliner. We were very pleased with the room for the price we paid.
Review 21：The only thing we didn't like was the ice machine was broken but we did have a mini fridge in the room.
Review 22：When we saw the hotel we thought oh no we are staying here. First impression wasn't all that good but once we talked to the staff and they upgrade us so all five of us has a comfy place to sleep and saw our room it was a great place. The pool was good the kids love the pool it was by a busy highway but the traffic didn't bother us at all. It got busy at night but it was still a quiet place and we had a good two nights stay there. Would stay there again and it was just down the road from Magic Springs.
Review 23：The manager of the hateful was one of the rudest I have ever came across. We went outside to ask maid for more towels and he told us to go to the front desk. Don't really know what difference it made. After arriving home I realized I had left something in room and called amd asked if they could mail it and he started yelling I don't know what you are talking about. I don't know I will have to ask maid. I asked who I needed to speak to tomorrow and he started yelling again and never gave me a name. So as long as you don't have to deal with manager this room will be ok.
Review 24：I liked the convenience of the location and the amount of space we had in our room. The room was clean and slept 6 like it said it would. The tub could have been a little cleaner but overall it wasn't bad.

Review 28：I stayed 3 nights. Management was friendly and professional. I chose Kings Inn for the price and location. The casino is nearby and Waffle House is within walking distance. It was a short drive to historic downtown, restaurants and Kroger. My stay was peaceful and relaxing. I will choose Kings Inn again when I am in town.
Review 29：Not enough parking. I am handicap and asked for a floor room which I did receive, but I had to park at the other end of the building from my room.

Review 31：There were not enough outlets for all of our tech equipment but that was solved with a $6.00 circuit breaker extension cord. The A/C left the room a bit damp, but it cooled the room nicely. The pool was beautiful, but very very cold, for July.
Review 32：The location was great, I was able to get in and out of the parking lot will little effort. I was near Oaklawn and able to get where I wanted within the city with little trouble. The room was clean and large enough for us and all out stuff.

Review 81：Loved the reasonable rate for a two night stay. It was obviously a very old facility but had been upgraded. We needed a comfortable, clean and not expensive place to sleep while visiting Magic Springs. It met our needs exactly. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wasn't too noisy considering it was close to the street. Having coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave in room was an unexpected plus for the price. Nice children's pool and larger one were both very clean. Property was well kept. AC worked great. No complaints at all for the price.
Review 82：This hotel is in a horrible part of town. Right across the street there are apartments renting at $350 per month. Numerous pawn shops in neighborhood. Day we arrived, hotel looked like it was at about a third capacity and Vacancy light was on. Tried to cancel reservation but hotel manager was not going to allow that. Rather than hand me the room key, the manager tossed them on top of the counter and waved me off. I wouldn't stay at this place for $20 a night. Don't be fooled by the pictures.
Review 83：We traveled to Hot Springs to go to the races at Oaklawn! This was the perfect location with an awesome price to be within walking distance of Oaklawn! We will definitely be back!
Review 84：The beds were very uncomfortably hard. Our friends in another room of the hotel had the same report for their beds too. The room rate wasn't too bad but not being able to get a good sleep trumps out. I will not be staying there again on my next trip.

Review 94：Run down rooms, over crowded with old worn out furniture you had to propagainst the wall to keep the foot rest from popping out taking up evenmore room, only had smoking in the 2 room suite so it stunck, When youtook a shower the water ran into the kitchen and flooded the floor sothe few towels they had in the bathroom had to go on the floor tocontain the water and when I talked to the mgr he said no it didn'tthey just had the bathroom remodeled 3 days before we got there.

There should not be more than two cars per room. Therefore each room should have one designated parking spot in front of room.
