Review 2：We returned here for the 2nd time. Everything was perfect as usual, especially for our little boy: location, sea very good for little children, silence, good food at tavern situated on the beach. Very big apartment (we took 2 rooms apartment), kitchen very well equipped with all you need. Barry is very friendly and he help you for any problem you may have. For sure we will return next summer! Thank you Barry! See you soon!
Review 3：The beach-dirty, expensive, with a thin layer of powder sand ( it felt like walking on pavement). Muddy water. Despite the description on booking.com, only some apartments have sea view. Ours was facing the garbage bins area, with no sea view. No dining area. Only the coffee table in the living room. The sofa bed was not comfortable. Very basic accommodation facilities.

Review 12：Everything was just perfect! The apartment (B-11) was really great with all kind of kitchen equipment, the bath is big enough with huge heater - no problem with hot water. This apartment has two exits - one leads direct to the beach which is 32 feet away! Amazing place! And last but not least - mr. Barry Turner is great host! P.S.: For the first time in my life I'll say not GGMU, but Glory, Glory Leeds United, mr. Turner ;)

Review 19：Simply great option for a family with kids given the large space in the apartments. Clean, good appliances, nice furniture. Good air conditioning. Close to the beach (even if the beach is small and the water not spectacular). Parking spaces available. Great service from the owner. Some 2-3 restaurants with good food near by.
Review 20：The beach is very small - it's ok for kids but if you want to go swimmimg you have to walk a few minutes to get to an adequate depth. Only two or three restaurants I think, and little space to take a walk in the evening. For youg people might be boring :) no clubs or pubs.
Review 21：The complex is almost on the beach, and that is a plus. It takes a couple of minutes to get to the beach. Clean, comfortable especially if you go with your kids: planty of space and kitchen facilities in every apartment - they have all that you need including microwave, stove, glasses, etc. The depth of the water is very small, a maximum of one meter in the golf which is great if you go with children as you can allow them to stay in the water playing without fear.

Therefore we strongly recommend without reserves. If you need quiet, semi-wild nature (mountain and sea in one place, exceptional landscapes), comfort and impeccable services at prices more than decent, the Sea Paradise Complex is the best choice. Cleanliness is perfect, kitchenette equipped with everything necessary, excellent wi-fi connection and not to forget of .... Barry, location manager, who is extremely friendly and punctual and whom I thank once again for his promptness (meaning that both initial correspondence, as well as its availability in receiving guests). The location is two steps away from Laguna restaurant with excellent food and impeccable services. In a word, everything you need for a relaxing weekend or even for summer vacation.

Laguna restaurant just ourside the complex has great food at affordable prices, there is even a little kiosk 5minutes bu foot where you can buy anything from beer to rolling paper. Breathtaking view (we stayed at thr 4th floor, ovetlooking the bay).
Review 35：- The bed is relatively small (140 cm wide) and the mattress is a really cheap one (very wavy and not firm enough). Pillows and bedlinens are also among the cheapest and uncomfortable ones. - The manager initially seemed ok but wasn't paying attention to our written request (as regards sleeping arrangement and supplementary bed for the kid) - You must do your own cleaning during the stay - take the trash out; mop the floors etc - Bedlinens / towels are changed only on request and only after a minimum 3-4 nights stay - Wifi signal is poor / internet is randomly working - The room was in need of minor repairs (shower cabin's door broken, some furniture with dents and missing handles, etc) - Although not the hotel's fault: The beach nearby is expensive if you choose sunbeds+umbrella and not very convenient if you choose the beach's free zone which is in the back of the beach far from the water.

Review 41：Me loved the way green forests from high cliffs blended with the surreal blue of the sea and the friendly manager Mr Barry Turner that made us feel welcomed. The apartment was clean and we even liked the nice roses in front of our balcony. Review 43：The cleanliness policy was a little confusing: we have expected to have the apartment cleaned at least once during our 10 days stay (at least the bathroom and the floors in the bedrooms to be cleaned). The fact that the apartment regime is more like "do it yourself" should be fairly disclosed.

It was also not crowded at all (but it was June!) and the scenary around is very nice.
Review 69：The shower in the bathroom was horrible, no pressure, sometimes the water didn't come at all, it was or too hot or too cold. In the restaurant nearby you have to make a reservation if there are many people at the complex, otherwise you risk to remain hungry.

Please keep in mind that there is a very interesting brochure in the room, recommending the best places to visit around! The host, Mr. Turner, was very helpful, open to suggestions ans solving any problem in an instant! The restaurant near hotel was also very good in terms of food quality and price! Free WiFi, free parking lot, nice sea view and the kitchen with all kind of useful utensils (very good for families with kids) or for anyone not wishing to be totally dependent on restaurants. Definitely I recommend this location to everyone!

Distance to beach is practically zero, you just walk on the beach from the hotel. Good restaurant next to the hotel. There is a local shop also selling almost everything you need for preparing some quick meals, breakfast, etc. Supermarkets available in Kavarna or Balchik. The beach is nice, the water doesn't get too deep very quickly. No rocks on the bottom either, so it's just good for the children.
Review 78：I liked that unlike most apart-hotels in the area, this one is right on the beach. At the restaurant Laguna, in front of the hotel we ate very well at reasonable prices. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment that is clean and very spacious and also has sea view. It is equipped with almost everything you need. There is parking in the courtyard of the complex. Excellent value for money. Mi-a placut ca spre deosebire de majoritatea apart-hotelurilor din zona, acesta este chiar pe plaja. La restaurantul din fata hotelului am mancat foarte bine la preturi rezonabile. Am stat intr-un apartament cu 1 dormitor care este curat si foarte spatios si de asemenea are vedere spre mare. Este utilat cu aproape tot ce este nevoie. Exista parcare in curtea complexului. Raport calitate pret excelent.
Review 79：From our ap (located in building A) I too had views of the sea. There is always place for improvement, I mean attached to the apartment and the staff + administrator who should be more attentive to details. Unfortunately many roads and buildings are left in disrepair and punk is found almost in any corner of the street.

Review 81：The equipment in rooms could be slightly better. They are functional however sometimes material selected is the cheapest possible. Because of this I had an accident when my bed broke in the middle of the night. It was fixed by the manager as soon as it was possible however it was slightly scary for me and the family. If you stay with the family you must like staying in the beach or in the sea for almost the full day as there is nothing to do. No pool, no playground, around... just one restaurant where the quality of food is acceptable and prices are quite low.

Actually hotel manager is British therefore you can expect service according to British, not Bulgarian standards which is not very frequent in Bulgaria: rooms are clean, there are some mineral water in the room as well as some coffee and tee. Atmosphere is very welcoming. The hotel located very close to the beach which is quite popular among the locals. It sometimes too crowded (especially during weekends) but it very safe and has a mineral source very close.
Review 83：The boy from the beach who cashed the money for lounge chairs and umbrellas = incredibly rude and with a dirty aspect. It's so sad to see tourists crowded the edge of that tiny beach, between cigarette butts, because they are not allowed to sit on the beach ... where there were those empty chairs that cost 10 € per day ... We prefered to go on Albena's gorgeus beaches - 33 km away...
Review 84：We loved the apartment with one bedroom, especially the kitchen which helped us to save a lot of money. I'm sorry to say but the difference is made by the English manager. Not that he is exceptional , but because he is a good manager , polite with the travelers , giving you as a tourist the impression you are important and respected. Because in Bulgaria and , sorry to say , sometimes in Romania , people at the hotel , on the street, in the market , on the beach etc. are impolite , somehow like telling you : "go away , we don't want you here ! " And when you are on holiday this aspect counts a lot ! This is the moment you waited for a whole year , isn't it?

The restaurant next door was very good, with a widevariety of dishes, very inexpensive and good service.Barry was friendly and attentive. The water supply went off on Sunday and he was right on it, so it came back on after an hour. We weren't too interested in the beach, and enjoyed two of the best golf courses I have ever have the pleasure of playing (Thracian Cliffs and Blacksearama). Cycling in the area was also good. Definitely a place to come back to.
