Review 1：Our room was facing the center of the towne center. It was sort of uncomfortable opening the blinds still a great stay.

Review 2：Everything was great. Staff, amenities, location...would recommend and stay again.

Review 3：The shower was weird and it would have been nice to have a chair other than an office chair in the room. Also the reviews oversold the gym.

Review 7：Traveling with twin 16 mo olds can be VERY challenging to say the least. HYATT House has a fantastic room layout and the kitchen area made storing milk and other snack for the girls so convenient. The breakfast was fantastic as well.

Review 14：I went to this Hotel on Easter weekend of 2015 a Saturday morning, arrived 2:00am we were tired and a little fraustred from being caught in hours of traffic coming from New Jersey but then running into "Simone"(The overnight front desk clerk) with her awesome personality and amazing customer service, we were relieved to enter into those Hotel doors.Then waking up to breakfast that morning to another front desk clerk name "Leah" same great smile and awesome customer service.The rooms were smelling good with soft comfortable beds..Amazing view from our room! This stay couldn't have gotten any better.. Thanks!

Review 21：Check-in was a bit of an issue the last time we were there. Booking.comentered the name incorrectly and it wasn't initially showing that wehad a reservation, but the staff quickly rectified the situation when Ishowed my confirmation. I must admit that I am not a fan of pocket doorson a bathroom. I like a bathroom with a door that closes. The showeralways gets water all over the floor due to poor design, but I don'thave to clean it up so no worries.

Excellent breakfast choices. Wellappointed suite for a reasonable price. Really like the robes-veryconvenient for a trip to the hot tub!

Review 27：I left the hotel at 8am and returned at 8.30 pm. My room was not serviced and although I understand that cleaning staff had left by then, the night reception/management team's response was that they would bring it to housekeeping's attention the next day. They offered me fresh linen to take to my room. In other words they were too important to make my bed but they would give me sheets so that I could do it myself. My laundry was not delivered to my room, I had to pick it up at the front desk. The bar believe it ok to add the dregs of two small previously opened bottles of tonic (I have no idea how long before) to my gin rather than opening a new one. All in all, a nice place with a very poor service culture.
