Review 2：Getting married, staff was very helpful to my future wife. Location was perfect. Surrounded by restaurants and shopping mall.

Review 3：Not much to do near the location. Long drives with traffic to get to where we needed to go.

Wastravelling with my husband and 2 kids and when we arrieved to check inthey just told us the hotel was overbook and it wasn´t any roomavaliable with 2 beds. As to talk with the manager who didn´t doanything about and told me that a reservation on booking do notguarantee the same tipe of the room. We stayed for 4 nights. And only atthe 2nd night they choose us of room. Terrible !!!!

Review 16：The clock was not corrected to the correct daylight savings time and I could not change it. I don't know if it was me or the clock. The phone by the bed was broken, but they replaced it. But these were minor things.

Review 18：The air conditioner was really loud and we had trouble sleeping... We could hear the condenser switching off and on the entire night. Also there was no I've machine on our floor... I'm an ice lover... But no biggie on that one

Review 20：I have reserved a room for 04 people with two double bed....and for my surprise at the check-in, they told me that there were no availability for it and the only room for us would be a one king bed with a sofa bed (very small room). Additional to it, they told me that doing reservation by "booking" does not guarantee the type of room....that has sounded really strange for me.

Review 22：The rooms, while generally clean, had some insects crawling around near my luggage. The staff were also friendly and helpful, but let us down when we needed a parcel urgently delivered to us - they told the delivery guy that there was no such guest staying there (my husband) because the room was booked under my name. Funnily, they didn't bother to call the mobile number on the parcel to confirm this, especially since it was known that there were 2 guests in our room.

It was comfortable and nice. The breakfast (included) was fantastic. Real plates and silverware - and real eggs - with veggies and spinach no less. I was super impressed with Hyatt Place.

Review 29：We slept in late. After leaving the room we removed the "Do not disturb" sign. Coming back that night we noticed that housekeeping did not clean the room.

Review 35：Prerequisited shuttle service did not deliver as I was informed it would which resulted in a class carded being missed - threw off things to get done that day and staff was unable to organize transport for the 'make up' class the next morning as it was earlier than the transport service timing. Some pick up wait time were more than half an hour. The gym facilities had only cardio equipment and no weight machines.

The breakfast range/options were sufficiently wide and healthy and the availability of meals and beverages throughout. The availability and flexibility of the free shuttle service within the radius with the sawgrass mall exception.

From the moment I walked in, I felt athome. The lobby, bistro, and guest rooms are immaculate and modern. Thepleasant smell when you enter the front doors is nice too. Thebreakfast is really good- bacon, egg, and gouda biscuits, french toast,pancakes, egg, gouda, avocado open faced sandwiches, fruit, yogurt,etc...it was just great. The management was super nice and welcomingfor my entire stay. I ordered room service one evening (mushroom cheesebisque, chicken caesar salad, and a cosmopolitan) and was very pleased.Plus there's a J. Alexander in walking distance (literally a threeminute walk, like across the parking lot) that I ate dinner at onenight. Tasty! Sawgrass Mills Mall is right down the street (maybe 10-15min drive), and the hotel has a complimentary shuttle that goesanywhere within a 5 mile radius. I didn't take the shuttle though.Overall, I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Place, and would definitelystay there again!

Review 91：This hotel was the friendliest hotel I ever stayed at. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. It is a compact Hyatt which makes it easy to meet and greet the other guests. The free breakfast was delicious every morning.

I had booked our room months in advance and to arrive and have to go somewhere else after midnight, not happy about that and to top it off, The Renaissance Hotel's breakfast was $15 for each person. This was very upsetting as we had planned to have breakfast after getting up before going to church, we had to drive all to Miami to my sister's house to have breakfast and then drive the opposite direction to get to church which made us very late.#veryupsetting.
