Review 1：Osoblje tragicno,nesposobno,cekali smo na bazenu konobara dva sata,doneli su nam dlakave palacinke na kraju,bazen ne lep,ali jako malo mesta za sedenje i lezanje,jednom recju totalna dezorganizacija,vikend 30 stepeni jedan konobar na 100 ljudi.

Review 3：Their website listed beauty services and monastery tours, but neither were available when I was there. The "resort" is under construction 24 hours a day. I was looking for a weekend of quiet rest, which did not happen. This hotel was disappointment.

Review 6：Very good food, dinner at 6pm, great for us old guys. All the staff spoke English. Hotel is at 6000 feet so no really hot weather like in Belgrade.

Review 8：Hotel was thoroughly renovated recently. The receptionist (Slavica if I got her name correctly) was very helpful and professional. First room, although nice, was inadequate due to proximity of kitchen and service entrance to the hotel. When I raised that issue she gave me keys for three other rooms to choose. In the end we got nice free upgrade. She also noticed, from documents, that it was our daughter birthday that day so she sent a nice birthday cake with candles and everything. That was really nice!

Review 9：Internet was terrible, food was mediocre and being honest it's overpriced. I think it's crazy that one has to pay for the squash and table tennis when one is a guest.

Review 13：Indoor pool lovely but too cold. Ski lift/bobsleigh/Bike hireonly available from Thursday to Sunday. Some of the staff in therestaurant/bar areas could have been a little more"smiley". Small thing, but it makes a difference. I didn'tfeel they needed to have the radio on through the main speakers outside.It's a beautiful spot and doesn't need it.

Review 15：Unlike you would expect, the hotel was full of families with kids running around the corridors, jumping and splashing you at the pool. Not so relaxing experience after all. The choices are wide in the buffet but it's all very basic. Overall a bit too pricey for what it actually is.

Review 17：Dinner buffet was surprisingly modest considering the price of the package. When compared to similar 4* hotel in Zlatibor, the Grand Hotel & Spa evidently has a room for improvement, especially for guests which are vegeterian.

Review 18：Staff was very pleasant and tried to accommodate all our requests. Premium suite was a good value for money. Facilities are nice and hotel is obviously ready to receive more foreign guests under condition that all crucial staff is able to communicate in English.

Review 34：The location of the hotel is excellent, just next to the ski lifts. The hotel is very modern and luxury, staff friendly and helpful. Food delicious, wifi-good signal in the room. Ski storage very good service. Bowling in the evening hours was awesome, we didn't try the swimming pool, but we were watching people enjoying in the outdoor pool in the evening. All in one -perfect!

Review 35：When we arrived they told us that we didn`t have reservation there even though they have kept us 30% of the total amount of the reservation months ago..and when they discovered their mistake only one sorry was not enough.The biggest dissapointment was when they took us to the room it was so small we were suffocated. Unexpectable for such hotel with so high price room.

Review 45：we went for second time in this hotel and our opinion is completely different. Now because they don't have so much guests they reduce the quality of breakfast and dinner and close the half hotel. Generally now the food was very bad.

Review 47：Our room was very small (Superior double room). We had baby crib inside too and it made more trouble for us. The room was very clean but also very hot ( it is better to be hot then cold on the other side, but we had to keep windows open every night for some time). We didn't like that you have to pay for kids playground 5 Eur per hour. That is too much, and in other hotels we never had to pay for that at all. Besides that the kids playground is one of the place which is not renovate, and it doesn't look like you are in 4 stars hotel. Babysitting 12 Eur per hour is also way too much, since you need to leave the kid for at least 4 hour from any reason.

Review 48：The best location if you go for skiing. Very comfortable hotel with a lot of public space for sitting and enjoying (bar at the reception, restaurant, other bars). The food was grate, a lot of different specialties. The staff was very very kind. From ski room you go directly to the ski lift.
