Reviews for Ariva Hotel

Review 1:Location is quite far from center and from public transport stops. Heavy smoke smell in my "non-smocking" room. Only instant coffee available.

Review 2:Huge room with sitting area. Interior design. Bath tube. Very nice small spa and fitness center. Tasty food at restaurant and prices are reasonable. With limited choice, but tasty breakfast. Staff was friendly to me.

Review 3:We arrived at hotel at 15:30 and we had to wait about 40 mins so that they can clean the rooms. One of our room's bathroom door was not working properly. They supplied 2 bathrobs for 4 people, when we ask 2 more they said they don't have any other. It's nice to have a spa but to be honest it was not hygienic enough.

Review 4:Breakfast was good enough. Staff was friendly and kind. Rooms were clean. Good heating system.

Review 5:Staff and cleanliness

Review 6:Nice place to stay

Review 7:Location is in poor shape, in the literal sense that the road thehotel is on has not been laid yet. So walking anywhere -- even just toget fresh air -- is fairly treacherous. Keep your eye out foruncovered manholes. The road issue has the carry-over problem that taxi drivers are faced with a legitimately hard-to-find location (and they're not great with easy-to-find ones). The following issues are ones the hotel itself could easily fix, and would improve the experience: Breakfast not available till toward 7:30/8:00, without special pleading. Some post-renovation kinks: a door handle and a plug socket came off in my hand. The fitness center has the (I *think* false) appearance of being closed, or at least unwelcoming (door shut, lights off, cleaning staff shepherding you away). The hotel provides a kettle in the room, but no, e.g., tea or coffee to make with it.

Review 8:Appears newly opened, furnished, renovated, or all the above. The hotel will, upon request, call a metered cab for you. These are cheaper, and more likely to call for help when they get lost. The non-metered driver that the hotel called for me twice before I learned my lesson cannot be complemented on either of these fronts. Internet is naturally spotty at times. But the routers are widely distributed around the hotel. There's nowhere you can't get a signal. Quite large bedrooms, reasonably kitted out for the price. Bottles of water are kindly provided in the room each day, which is handy due to the lack of nearby stores.

Review 9:Ariva Hotel staff was really respectful; I felt myself at my home. It isnew hotel and the rooms were really clean. The manager of hotelMr.Behmut and his father was really honest and showing hospitality tothe clients. Thanks for everything
