Review 1：Bed was a bit hard (at least it was a king though) and towels were super skimpy.

Review 2：Convenience to I-40 and old downtown Kingman. This is an older motel that seems to be fairly well maintained. Yes, some things are old school, but embrace the motel's era and it becomes charm.

Review 3：While the room was clean, it was definitely showing it's age. The shower head was so clogged, it's spray pattern was very irregular. Also the shower had a straight shower bar, unlike the curved ones most hotels now use that allow enough space while showering to not come into contact with them.

Review 4：The room was clean, quiet & comfortable. It had a standard King bed with 3 pillows, a blanket & a bedspread. It also contained a dresser, a table with 2 chairs, a microwave, a mini fridge & a flat screen TV. The sink was outside the bathroom & had good counter space. I did not use the a/c, but the heat worked very well. The property had good parking & I was able to park outside my door. The wifi was very good with a strong signal, good speeds and no disconnects. The only amenities provided were soap.

Review 5：I liked everything except for the lil bars of soap that dried my skin. Just bring your own soap and you will enjoy this cozy place just like I did .

Review 6：This hotel was very reasonable in price and we didn't expect much. The photos on the site that we saw before booking were outdated and we were pleasantly surprised to see how updated the rooms were and very very clean. Our stay was extremely comfortable and I will definitely book here again when I am in town.

Review 16：Located near the historic downtown of Kingman, it is a "Route 66" style facility. The rates are reasonable, the room I have stayed in was comfortable and clean. No complimentary breakfast at this motel helps keep the room rate down. The swimming pool has been filled in and turned into a children's play area, which didn't bother me but might turn off some guests. For Kingman, it is a good deal.

Review 17：Just an old run down place in need of lots of attention, problem is that as an investment the repairs would not bring much of a return.

Review 19：The builings are quite out dated. Some paint in some spots such as the toilet and behind the trashcan would do wonders. now it is like some one had diarea against the wall. Also the bathroom drain looks nasty coppery and molded. Please put in new one. General paint job would do wonders roof also has ugly brown spots which suggest bad hygiene. pool was cemented shut but pool furniture remains.

Review 21：I didn't like the smell in the room .. I think a maid used too much her cleaning stuff. I opened the door .

Review 23：When I checked in, the family was building furniture in the office area - very loud and distracting. Also office wasn't open by 6:20 (clerk said it would be open at 6) to return room key for $2 deposit. Toilet in my room was hard to flush.
