Review 1：I dropped the remote behind the head of the bed and when I went to reach for it thief was lots of dust and hair. I just have a suggestion that they vacuum in that spot when cleaning the rug.

Review 3：Pool and pool area were poorly ventilated. Used the pool once for a few minutes and we stayed for 6 nights. We booked this property because of the indoor pool. Evening staff was not welcoming or friendly.

Review 5：It was New Year's Eve before midnight and we were told we were too loud in the room. ( two couples over 40 playing cards, laughing and talking) we asked if there was another room that would not bother the complaining room and they would not accommodate us.

Review 11：For some reason our reservation wasn't processed. The rude woman at the desk said our card didn't go through. And although the reservation asked for both our email and phone number we weren't contacted. We used the same card when we got there and it went through fine. The woman at the desk was unhelpful and unpleasant.

Review 19：While the room was an "apartment" and perfect for two adultsand two children, I would never stay here again. It was dirty andsmelled horribly. We found miscellaneous dust balls and collections ofhair from previous guests around the room, it was disgusting. It wasdated, which would have been fine if it were clean! The linens hardlycovered the mattress (the fitted sheet was too shallow) and thecomforter was absolutely not "down" as they claimed! I am sodisappointed in this hotel, we'll never be back again and Irecommend other Cape Cod travelers reconsider if cleanliness is non-negotiable!

Review 20：We loved it. I had read some reviews and there was some negative but we were really happy. Had room 219 and 3 of us.. 2 storey room with spiral stairs to upper floor, huge bed and own bathroom. We had been travelling around America from New York, Niagra Falls, New Hampshire and Cape Cod, we did plan to go back to New York but liked Falmouth and this hotel we decided to stay and extra 2 nights. Maya sorted this out for us and very helpful and our last day came, Zoe was good and sorted out our check in for the airport. We found them both friendly and helpful, hotel location a short drive from main street and walking distance to Walmart. Loved it. one day we will be back. Thank you.

Review 21：It was very hot out as it was summer but the bathroom was steaming hot - something to do with venting system. Spiral staircase was loose & falling apart. NO ELEVATOR.

Review 22：Carpet in our room needs to be seriously cleaned. After walking in my New clean white socks on the carpet for only a few minutes the bottoms of my socks were Black with Dirt. Seriously! When wash the last time the carpets were Shampooed in the Rooms. I'll tell you, a long time ago. They are Filthy. This needs to be done at least once a month, people walk into their rooms with shoes on from the outside, who knows what they are tracking into and onto the carpet. I get out of bed or the shower and I'm scared to walk on the floor. Please fix this Soon. Especially room L35

Review 25：Our room was surprisingly spacious. Hotel needs a 'refresh' - there were furniture and walls in our room that were chipping and peeling - cracked mirror in bathroom and cracked photo on wall in the hallway.

Review 37：My family and I stayed in a suite which was very nice! The second floor jacuzzi was a little dirty around the rim and the AC in the room did not work. They did offer to give us a Diffrent room but it was very late in the night and the fan over the bed kept us very cool at night. Also NOT a lot for breakfast better off going somewhere else!

Review 44：Very outdated. there were 5 of us so we had the Townhouse room which has a king suite on second floor and a king and sleeper sofa on the first floor. the idea is great but the hotel needs a thorough renovation. Breakfast was not good - mainly various types of second grade bread/bagels, low quality muffins, etc... beds are horrible like sleeping on a piece of wood), the sleeper sofa was even worse... no racks for bikes (we had to put 3 good size bikes in the room) even though biking in very common in the area. We were able to connect to WiFi only at night when everyone was asleep and even that only with the iPads, the kindle was stuck in the "Acquiring IP" stage. Bottom line - would have been acceptable if the price was half....

Review 46：It was the only decent hotel in Falmouth that we found for a good price. We were going to a wedding and didn't want to drive back home. The $10 upgrade was a nice addition.

Review 47：WIFI was really slow as well as the TV. Our toilet did not flush very well and the maintenance staff did not seem to know how to fix it because we told them at least 4 times that there was a problem. Need skim milk at breakfast and the cereal was stale.

Review 97：I ran in the Cape Cod Half Marathon and was really sore afterwards. The staff was so nice to let me check out a few hours later so I could rest. I really appreciated the hospitality and will come back here.

Review 98：Although clean, the decor does have a bit of an old feel. It's an old-school type motel. But we were perfectly satisfied. I was expecting a real "cheap motel" since the prices were considerably lower than other properties -- I have stayed in such cheap motels, so I am familiar with them. Nobody ever returned my call so I called back and left another message with somebody else and have still not heard back. It's now been 4 days. This quilt was very important to me.....so to me that tells me that the housekeeping service kept my blanket.

Review 107：I didn't like the fact that at 2 in the morning while i'm getting up to refill some ice there was a man sleeping on the chair outside my suite door. and this was 2 nights in a row. I didn't like the fact that there were no cameras. Did not feel safe.

Review 124：Sorry for the neutrality, but a group of us stayed here for a deep sea fishing trip. We didn't check in until 9 pm Friday and checked out atv5 am Sat. So I can't give a detailed review except to say that I had made a mistake with my booking and used the wrong credit card and the woman at check in was super accommodating and took care of the whole situation. I can also say that the room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It's no luxury hotel but from my limited experience I have to say I would come back and try it again.

Review 125：There were several things wrong. 1. the key pad didn't work 2. space between shower and sink about 2". Doubt it's ever been cleaned. 3. Drapes old and worn. can see through the pleats 4. Entire facility in need of an update. Booking with booking.com very strange. They told us we had paid for 2 nights. When we got there, that wasn't the case at all and we owed more money. Not sure if we were cheated or not.

Review 130：beaches are private but can get to others in not too long a car ride... the room 305 was standard nothing exceptional...nice whirlpool, but the upstairs whirlpool (when on)made a lot of noise that was annoying...the little room fridge (old) also ran noisy...over time the rug has buckled (bad) made the room look old and untidy, not nice...the continental breakfast was nothing you would talk about...
