Review 3：The staff are far too busy because of the many tourists to really give service for the charges they charge. Restaurant service is borderline on the slowest side. But with that said they are friendly. Good facilities but really in dire need of service training.

Review 10：Room excellent - we had to room with the additional children's room which had amazing views of the ocean and city. The pool facilities amazing especially traveling with young children as it is like a water park without having to leave the hotel. Great kids play area with lots of games and the kids club really good, although guests have to pay for the kids club which was disappointing. Staff really friendly and we used the baby sitting service which was efficient, lovely girl but a little expensive. Food amazing, particularly down at the pool restaurant. Front foyer of the hotel exquisite and just outside the hotel is a seven11 and fantastic cheap massage shop. Would highly recommend staying at the hotel, particularly if you want to spoil yourself.

Review 18：We liked the property but the cleaning was very bad. There are lots of lights in the room and each you have to close it in different switches it shall be from one location close to the bed instead of many. The toilet was little dark maybe more lights required. Some of Oasis restaurant staff was not freindly does not know how to deal with tourest. In the lazy river water looks dark and sewage smell coming. A sheduled maintenance on our floor in the last night and they called us at 4 pm to shift we refused as some of us on boat trip and busy with other activity and next morning planned to check out 8then workers were humering till 12 am till we claimed noise disturbing our sleep. They need to train their staff. Otherwise we liked the property how they build it and decorated its amazing. Flame restaurant was amazing food.

Review 27：Quality of room and staff service are not 5 stars as suggested. Bad smell from drainage attacked us all night due to the fact that the bathtub and basin are in the same room with our beds. Disgusting! For breakfast, there was not enough seating to serve in the main restaurant, so the staff sent us to another area which served less items. We believe that while we were paying full price, the two breakfast areas should be of the same quality, both for food and service.

Hotel called doctor which i paid for. Doc said food poisoning in front of hotel staff. The only place we ate was the hotel. So must have been hotel food. This was on our 4th night there. Hotel said they will email me once they investigate. Still nothing and we even had to pay for the food that made her sick.

Review 48：Nice hotel with GREAT water park. This is my 2nd time, I love it and my kids are enjoy and happy to stay at this hotel You can stay the whole day in this hotel and no need to go outside. A lot of activities and great breakfast.

Review 63：The hotel will nickle and dime you to death if you let them. There is a Family Mart shop across the street, where you can get stuff from the mini bar at 25% of the cost. Airport transit arranged by the hotel is double the cost of similar transit arranged independently.

Review 66：I would expect much more of a five star hotel with such high prices. Issues: - Internet connectivity is non-existent even though it is pricey. Multiple complaints to management resulted with no soltion. Other visitors confirmed the same. - an Indian wedding took over the hotel closing half of its beach and restaurants and all spa services were shut down. As a full paying visitor, I could not make use of any of these services. - food in the restaurants is of poor quality. Service personnel is moody and not helpful I would not book this hotel again.

Review 72：The hallways to the rooms get quite a bit of windy, the railings could be a bit higher, or a separate inner railing for kids to hold onto incase it rains and gets slippery. What was unfortunate was that at the check in the staff put my credit card without firstly informing, for a 12,000 baht deposit transaction even though booking.com had already charged me for the room fee. If he informed me beforehand a deposit was required would've been better than finding out when he asked me to sign the transaction slip. Then, upon checkout to my surprise the amount was not immediately refunded, and the staff instead gave me an 'offline' credit slip instead, as well as another charge slip for the entire transaction which is really puzzling. This is really not convenient because now I'll need to keep checking for a credit. Also, at check out, I saw there was a sign taped on the counter to tell if you had made a deposit of 10,000 baht you could get a few thousand baht cash back for food or other expenses at the hotel during the stay. This should have been have been explained or offered when we checked in! So when I saw the sign upon check out, I thought it was great we could qualify for the cash back, but then the staff said I wasn't entitled. So these two items put a damper on what would've been a really super super perfect stay. It was a bit surprising that internet was not included, or if there was a zone in the hotel available, to at least inform guests at check in. However if all goes well with the credit, we will definitely be back to the centara grand mirage!

Review 73：All service except for check in was excellent, quick response and genuinely helpful. Although there was a blackout after a heavy rain, the room service from a friendly staff, surprisingly still arrived on time! There was a light on within the unit the whole time, and a maid came by to knock and ask if we needed anything. The kids especially loved the swimming pools, slides, and the water play area. The family suite was spacious and space was divided really well where everyone could be together or relax in their own zone. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The interior color scheme was nice, and we also loved how the pools were designed to make you feel you were in a natural setting. The kids didn't want to leave, as well as the adults!

Review 74：Staff lie and cheating to customer. At morning buffet, we asked the staff about the table for Bf, Staff said ,already another customer take the table. But, actually there is no customer. Not only us, but also staff lie to many of customers. We are not happy they lie to us.
